The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Undermining crime action plan 2022 / Hans Gaillard
The Action Plan on Undermining 2022 describes the action points to be implemented in 2022 to strengthen the approach to undermining crime in the municipality of Son en Breugel. Themes of this action plan are; awareness and organizational development, information position, policy and enforcement, honest and safe working environment and communication.
It is proposed to adopt the action plan in order to properly implement the municipal and regional approach to undermining.
College Decision:
- Agree and adopt the Action Plan on Undermining 2022;
- Inform the council by agreeing to the text of the RIB.
3. Agenda council meetings March 29 and 30, 2022 / Hans Gaillard
The college discusses the documents scheduled for the March 29 and 30 council meetings.
4. Adopt zoning plan Review residual strips of green 2021 / Jan Boersma
In 2016, we started working on the sale of remnant strips. Within this project, one of the steps is to align the zoning with the use after the sale. The Zoning Plan Revising Residual Strips Green 2021 provides this legal translation. No views have been received and we now ask the council to adopt the zoning plan.
The college decides to propose to the council to adopt the zoning plan "Revision of Restripes Green 2021", with plan IDN NL.IMRO.0848.BP155RESTSTROKEN-VA01" as amended.
5. Contribution Youth Protection Brabant / Paul van Liempd
This opinion presents decision-making on an incidental contribution to Youth Protection Brabant.
College Decision:
- 1. agree to process, by means of an administrative amendment, the reimbursement of the costs resulting from a temporary crisis organization 2021-2022 for the sake of continuity of youth protection in Brabant in the amount of € 1,728 to be charged to budget 6682000 Forced Framework;
- 2. agree to provide a one-time €8,064 to Jeugdbescherming Brabant (JBB) for the purpose of sustainable transformation of service quality, formation and staffing, and finances under the Requirements set forth under 2.3. and to land it on fcl 682000 Forced Framework:
- a. Take note of Eindhoven's proposed decision to agree to advance the total amount of €1,009,475 on behalf of the Southeast Brabant region;
- b. agree to have the municipality of Tilburg designate JBB as a "service of general economic interest" on behalf of the municipalities of the cooperating regions. To agree to proposed attached budget amendment (Appendix 2 bgw 2022 Transformation JBB);
- 3. to impose secrecy on the memorandum and the appendices and decisions contained in this memorandum pursuant to art 55 paragraph 1 of the Municipalities Act because of the interest mentioned in 10 paragraph 1 sub c of the Open Government Act.
6. Living allowance scheme for Ukrainians / Paul van Liempd
The Cabinet has announced a living allowance scheme for Ukrainians. Municipalities are implementing the living allowance scheme. In anticipation of the national scheme, the municipality provides refugee Ukrainians with living allowance support from the special assistance scheme. We use the national amounts for this purpose. The municipality mandates the director of Dienst Dommelvallei to implement the special assistance regulation and the eventual living allowance regulation of the national government.
College Decision:
- to provide special assistance for refugee Ukrainians in anticipation of the national living allowance scheme;
- Using the national living allowance scheme as the standard for providing special assistance;
- Use the municipality's special assistance budget for this purpose
- To grant a mandate to the Director of Service Dommelvallei for the implementation as well as decision-making within the framework of the Living Allowance Scheme Ukrainians and in anticipation thereof from the Special Assistance Scheme, in accordance with the attached Mandate Decision Living Allowance Scheme Ukrainians 2022.
7. Press release annual report on undermining 2021 draft / Hans Gaillard
The annual report accounts for the implementation of and results achieved within the Program on Undermining Dommelstroom 2021-2022, within which the Public Prosecutor's Office, police and tax authorities work together to prevent and combat undermining crime. Pillars of 2021 are administrative resilience, social resilience and action orientation. We will inform the college and council of regionally achieved results that will be communicated.
The college decides to take note of Annual Report on Undermining Dommelstroom 2021 .
8. Council memo following Inspectorate report on Youth Protection Brabant / Paul van Liempd
Concerns council memo in response to a report by the Health and Youth Inspectorate.
The college decides to agree to the submitted council memo.
