Corporate Account Manager

As an entrepreneur, you are often full of ideas and plans. As a municipality, we like to think with you about the possibilities and impact on the environment.

Roel Welten is our corporate account manager. He is your first point of contact.

You can contact Roel with all kinds of questions about entrepreneurship:

• starting a business;
• Establish or relocate a business;
• municipal policy;
• procedures;
• (legal) rules;
• available lots;
• land prices et cetera.

In addition, Roel has the following duties:

• He coordinates, supervises and monitors the procedures. The aim is to keep the turnaround time of the various procedures as short as possible.
• He regularly visits business owners. Here, plans, problems and wishes of businesses can be raised
• He participates in consultations with business associations OVSB and Entrepreneurs Association Ekkersrijt
• He maintains contacts with neighboring municipalities, the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region (MRE, Chamber of Commerce, regional economic cooperation in the Eindhoven urban area called1-loket, and other advisory bodies in the field of economic affairs, recreation, and tourism).  
• He informs, inspires and encourages (start-up) entrepreneurs
