Manage your affairs online

Would you like to apply for a permit or arrange other official matters online? We have set out how you can do this for official communications about these kinds of matters.

Official communications are communications that form part of a procedure concerning, for example, a decision or a complaint. Examples include applying for a permit, applying for benefits, or submitting an objection. 

We have designated electronic channels for sending these types of official messages. These include forms on our website or an email address.

This means that if, for example, you want to apply for an Alcohol Act license, you can use a form in our e-portal. If, for example, you want to apply for Youth Assistance, you can do so by email.
