Draft request/permit/notification?

What should I supply with which?

For a draft request you have to supply different information than for a permit or notification. Below you will find what you need to supply for each request, permit application or notification.

Draft request

We review the concept request against the environmental plan and against the building code. In order to do this properly, you must provide the following information, among others:
- situational drawing of the entire plot with all buildings;
- views of the facades of the existing building;
- views of the facades of the building, including the conversion/expansion;
- what the building will be used for;
- what materials will be used;
- what colors will be used;
- photographs or brochures, if necessary.
Drawings should be to scale and include dimensioning.

This list is not exhaustive. Depending on the structure and location, for example, you may need to provide more information. For this you will then receive a letter after you have made the draft request to complete your request.

Application for an environmental permit

We review the application for an environmental permit against, among other things, the environmental plan, welfare and technical regulations. To do this properly, in addition to data for a draft request, you must also submit the following data:
- construction drawing and calculation;
- technical data;
- storage of rainwater.

This list is not exhaustive. Depending on the structure and location, for example, you may need to provide more information. For this, you will receive a letter after you have submitted the application to complete the application.

Notification

If you want to build a new home or other new structure that falls under consequence class 1 of the Quality Assurance Act, then for the application for an environmental permit you only need to submit the information that is also required for a draft request.

In addition to the permit, you must also file a construction notification and later a completion notification. For the construction notification, you must provide the following data:
- details of the quality assurance company and the quality assurance instrument to be used
- assurance plan
- a risk assessment of the construction project (taking into account the special local circumstances)

For the completion notification, you must provide the following information:
- declaration of the quality assurance officer
- competent authority file (including equivalent measures)
- justification for control measures

We do not accept reports that are incomplete. If so, you must make a new complete report.
