Neighborhood Walk in ’t Zand on Saturday, April 18

The two ambassadors, Hans and Frans van ’t Zand of Aardgasvrij, are organizing another neighborhood walk in ’t Zand on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. As with previous walks, they will visit several neighborhood residents who will share how they are taking—or have taken—steps toward natural gas-free living.

During previous walks, it became clear that significantly reducing natural gas consumption is easier than it seems. With a hybrid heat pump, natural gas consumption can already be reduced by 70%.

Due to the current situation in the Middle East, prices for fossil fuels such as gasoline, diesel, and natural gas are rising. Let this serve as an extra incentive to take steps toward reducing natural gas consumption.
