Voting in another municipality
Do you want to vote in a municipality other than where you live? For this you need a voter's card. This allows you to cast your vote in any municipality in the Netherlands.
Note: You can only apply for a voter ID card once. Therefore, if you lose it, you cannot apply for a new one.
Submit your application via the green button ('apply for voter ID'). You will then receive your voter ID card by mail.
Apply for a voter ID card digitally via DigiD no later than Friday, Oct. 24, and receive your card by mail.
Request voter ID at the front desk
Do you prefer to apply for your voter card at City Hall? You can do so at the counter in the central hall until Tuesday, October 28, 12:00 noon.
This is possible Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and Wednesday afternoons between 2:30 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Don't forget to bring valid identification.
