What does the plan entail?

In January 2023, the municipality of Son and Breugel purchased the plot of Houtens 19 as a strategic purchase.
We are currently starting plan preparation for housing development on the plot. The plot adjacent to Vlinderlaan will also be involved in this.

Who is building?

Sand Realty will realize the development.

Currently, the plan is in the Plan Preparation Phase.

Participation opportunities

• With the immediate neighbors of the plot, we have planned discussions. 
• Several meetings for local residents and interested parties will also be held. These will also be shared on this page. 
• The first meeting is on March 31, 2025; if you did not receive a letter and would like to attend, please register at ROW@sonenbreugel.nl.

Planning

Construction work on Houtens 19 has not yet begun. A global schedule will follow as soon as more is known.
