Rates are subject to change, for example due to indexation or changes in municipal policy. On this page, we always publish the most up-to-date rates and their effective dates.

• The rates listed below are maximum hourly rates. A different rate applies only if specifically noted (for example, per half-day, per session, or per 24-hour period).
• The rate that applies to you is specified in your decision.
• Not every healthcare provider is authorized to offer every type of support. This depends on the type of support needed and the quality standards that apply to it.
• For assistance provided by someone in your social network (family, friends, or acquaintances), a rate based on the statutory minimum wage applies. This rate varies depending on the situation and is therefore not listed in the tables below.
• Each rate includes the date from which it takes effect.
