One of the most popular musical acts on stage at the Sonse kiosk for a number of years now has been the duo Pastinakel, and this musical duo will of course be back again this season. They will be performing on Friday evening, June 21, and will undoubtedly be playing their songs to a large audience again from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Naturally, this is only if the weather conditions are favorable.

Pastinakel is a duo consisting of Terry Emons (double bass) from Veghel and Pieter van den Boom (guitar) from Son. These two musicians began their collaboration more than 15 years ago in the teachers' band at Fioretti College in Veghel. Over time, they played many evergreens, and their repertoire now includes songs by The Beatles, The Stones, Dire Straits, Elvis, Santana, The Eagles, and Avicii, among others. So, it's a nice trip back in time for the audience.
