1. Decision list and public decision list B&W meeting dated March 31, 2020 / Hans Gaillard

The college adopts the decision list and the public decision list according to the drafts.

2. Budget 2021 Eindhoven Metropolitan Region / Hans Gaillard

On March 12, 2020, the draft budget 2021 of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region was sent. The City Council was given the opportunity to submit a view on this until May 20, 2020. The Dommelvallei Service has been asked for its opinion.

The college decides to propose to the council:

  1. To accept the 2021 budget of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region for notification;
  2. not to submit a view against this budget.

3. Mandate register Service Dommelvallei / Hans Gaillard

On January 1, 2014, the activities of the Common Organization Service Dommelvallei started. In order to act decisively and efficiently, a Mandate Register for the Dommelvallei Service has been established. This Mandate Register is due for an update.

College Decision:

  1. To grant to the director, department heads and employees of the Dommelvallei Service the mandates, powers of attorney and authorizations as indicated in the 2020 Dommelvallei Service Mandate Register;
  2. To adopt the 2020 Dommelvallei Service Mandate Register;
  3. To revoke the Mandate Register established by decision of November 4, 2014.

4. Anterieure overeenkomst en ontwerpbestemmingsplan "Breugel; Stakenburgstraat ong." at Son en Breugel / John Frenken

On July 31, 2017, the initiator submitted a request for the construction of 3 dwellings on the plot on Stakenburgstraat ong. in Son en Breugel. On November 7, 2017, your college decided not to cooperate with the development of three dwellings, because this is spatially unacceptable. On the other hand, it was decided to allow a maximum of 2 detached houses under set spatial preconditions and principles. With a maximum of two detached houses, a spatially acceptable situation is created. The present draft zoning plan provides for two detached houses and is an elaboration of this.

College Decision:

  1. To take note of the draft zoning plan "Breugel; Stakenburgstraat ong."
  2. Adopt and agree to sign the attached antecedent agreement to ensure proper spatial integration as well as the recovery of land development costs;
  3. After signing the antecedent agreement, to release the draft zoning plan for the further adoption procedure by making the plan available for public inspection for 6 weeks for the purpose of views after the decision has been made.

5. Compensation scheme contracted target group transport / Paul van Liempd

The current operators of the target group transport for which the municipality is responsible are experiencing trip cancellation. This weighs heavily on their operations. Drop in income has direct consequences for the financial position and thus for the continuity of the provision in the future. The government and the UNG have agreed that the line is to continue financing 80%. It is proposed to apply this also for the carriers contracted by our municipality.

College Decision:

  1. for trips not driven, award the city-contracted carriers a provisional compensation payment of 80%, based on the invoice as expected if there were no Corona;
  2. Approve the attached draft letters to both carriers outlining the Requirements eligibility for the preliminary compensation payment.
