1. Decision list and public decision list B&W meeting dated March 17, 2020 / Hans Gaillard

The college adopts the decision list and the public decision list according to the drafts

2. Integrate Master Plan Ekkersrijt in the "environmental vision Son and Breugel (1.0) / John Frenken

On December 19, 2019, the City Council approved the evaluation of the 2015 Ekkersrijt Master Plan. The council also agreed to use the remaining budget for the Ekkersrijt implementation program to draw up a new Master Plan. A draft project brief has been prepared for this new plan. During the internal, integral assessment of this assignment, it appeared that the process of the new Master Plan disrupted the process for the environmental vision. In consultation with both portfolio holders it was therefore decided to integrate the Master Plan process into the process for the "environmental vision Son en Breugel (1.0)". With this advice this integration is further explained and shaped.

The college decides to:

  1. Agree with the integration of the newly drafted Ekkersrijt Master Plan into the environmental vision process;
  2. attach to the environmental vision also an implementation program for Ekkersrijt;
  3. Cover any additional costs from the Master Plan implementation budget.

3. Free maintenance traffic circle Channel Street / Jan Boersma

Gardening company DonkerGroen will maintain the traffic circle on Canal Street free of charge.
In return, they may place four advertising signs on the traffic circle. This is a win-win situation. They get free advertising and the municipality gets free maintenance. For this purpose a cooperation agreement has been made for the next three years.

The college decides to agree to the cooperation agreement.

4. Information contracts social domain in relation to guidelines Coronavirus / Paul vam Liempd

The RIVM guidelines regarding the coronavirus also affect the agreements between municipalities andHealth) providers in the social domain. Providers may not be able to (fully) comply with the contract agreements in the coming period. VNG calls on municipalities to continue paying contracted providers anyway, to prevent them from falling over. Providers may also be able to claim the economic measures package from the State. The call for municipalities to continue paying comes up against various implementation issues and ambiguities. Not all information is available at this time. The college is therefore proposed to take note of the information currently available and the outstanding implementation issues.

College Decision:

  1. Notes the VNG Member Letter calling on municipalities to continue to pay providers during this period of coronavirus outbreak;
  2. Notes the outstanding implementation issues.
