1. Buitenplan environmental permit Buitengebied; Ockhuizenweg 9

On April 7, 2025, we received an application for an environmental permit for the construction project of 20 dwellings behind Ockhuizenweg 9. It concerns the construction of 20 biobased circular homes within the Sonniuswijk ge-district. It is possible to obtain a subsidy for this project if the permit is granted before April 11. The building plan fits within the area vision Sonniuswijk, but not directly in the environmental plan. Therefore, a request is now being made to deviate from the environmental plan for the construction of 20 homes. With an environmental permit for an out-of-plan environmental plan activity cooperation will be granted to the building plan.

The college decides to grant cooperation to the building plan "Buitengebied; Ockhuizenweg 9 "with an environmental permit the following activities:
An environmental plan activity for:

1. Building 20 dwellings on the plot behind Ockhuizenweg 9 in Son en Breugel;
2. deviating from rules in the environmental plan (bopa).
