Appointment of chair and three members of the Appeals Committee

The council decides:
1. To reappoint Mr. W.A.M. Waarma as chair of the Appeals Committee for a term of two years;
2. To reappoint Messrs. P.A.J.S. Lathouwers, A.H.C.M. Spapens, and J.H.F.M. van der Velden as members of the Appeals Committee for a term of two years.

Regional Vision for Decentralization of Sheltered Housing 2022-2026

The council decides to approve the Regional Vision for Decentralization of Sheltered Housing 2022-2026, which includes the following points:
- The transition from Sheltered Housing to Sheltered Home in accordance with the Dannenberg Committee will be continued;
- Regional cooperation on the customized provision of Sheltered Housing will be continued.

Investigation of election reports and credentials

The council has determined that the municipal elections were conducted lawfully and that the persons appointed in the elections meet all the requirements for council membership.

Swearing-in of municipal council members

The members of the municipal council in its new composition after the elections have been sworn in.

Eight council members are stepping down. Four of them, Ms. Elly Brocken and Messrs. Willem Buurke, Theo Groenemans, and Kees Vortman, have been appointed Members of the Order of Orange-Nassau and will receive this honor from Mayor Hans Gaillard.
