Audit committee investigation into the state of the CMD

The council takes note of the report "The Center for Social Participation unraveled?" of the Son en Breugel Court of Audit.
The council instructs the college to incorporate the conclusions and recommendations of the Court of Audit investigation into a plan of action and to inform the council quarterly on the progress of (the implementation of) this plan of action (amendment).
In the second half of 2022, the Court of Auditors commissioned an investigation into the functioning of the CMD.

Motion Request meeting starter loan

The council requests the college to organize a meeting as soon as possible in which the council will be informed about the current application and use of this incentive intended starter's loan. During the meeting, council members can debate with each other to see if this scheme still meets the current times or if adjustments are needed and what the consequences of these possible adjustments would be.
