The council adopts the statement of views and the zoning plan "Buitengebied; Waterhoef ong." with plan identification "NL.IMRO.0848.BP804BUITENGEBIED-VA01" unamended and available digitally. In addition, the council decides, pursuant to Section 6.12 of the Spatial Planning Act, not to adopt an exploitation plan for the zoning plan "Buitengebied; Waterhoef ong.".
The owners of Waterhoef ongenummerd would like to realize two detached houses on part of the agricultural parcel.

Regulation Confidential Commission Appointment of Mayor Son en Breugel 2022 and appointment of members of Confidential Commission

The council adopts the Regulation on the Commission on Confidentiality for the Appointment of the Mayor of Son en Breugel 2022. The council then appoints as members of the trust committee Maarten van Beek, Mireille Bonnier, Sylvia Corsten, Remco Heeren, Don Pasanea, Marianne van der Putte-Verhoeven and Monique van Zwieten. The council stipulates that the town clerk be added to the committee for administrative support and Alderman Jan Boersma as an advisor to the committee.
By Royal Decree of April 13, 2022, Hans Gaillard is granted an honorable resignation as mayor of Son en Breugel, effective April 1, 2023. The procedure to arrive at a new mayor of Son en Breugel has since been started.

The council adopts the profile of mayor Son en Breugel 2022, on the basis of which the new mayor will be recruited.
Due to the upcoming departure of Hans Gaillard, a vacancy has arisen for the position of mayor of the municipality of Son en Breugel. The profile indicates what qualities the municipal council considers important and provides the framework for the trust committee to conduct the selection interviews with candidates.
