Multi-year budget 2022-2025
The municipal council adopts the multi-year budget for 2022-2025, taking into account two amendments (see below). The council also adopts the first budget amendment for 2021.
- The last two sentences in the section on poverty on page 19 of the 2022-2025 multi-year budget ("To expand the policy document [...].") are deleted and replaced with the following text: "The council will establish a council working group tasked with developing a vision on the issue of poverty in collaboration with partners in the field and client organizations, and using this as a basis for drawing up an integrated policy plan with concrete objectives. The council working group will be assisted by internal and external experts."
- The costs for hiring the necessary external experts will be charged to the Reserve for discretionary spending.
Amendment 2:
The waste collection tax rate in 2022 will remain the same as in 2021, and the resulting decrease in revenue will be charged to the budget balance.
Adoption of tax regulations for 2022
The council adopts the following tax regulations for 2022, taking into account one amendment (see below):
- Market Money Regulation 2022;
- Sewerage charges regulation 2022;
- Waste collection tax regulation 2022;
- Cleaning Fees Regulation 2022;
- Property Tax Regulation 2022;
- Regulation on precario tax 2022.
Amendment:
The waste collection tax rate in 2022 will remain the same as in 2021, and the resulting decrease in revenue will be charged to the budget balance.
Second management report 2021
The council adopts the Second Management Report 2021. The management report is an interim financial statement from the executive committee to the council, in which only financial deviations (advantages and disadvantages) and the alternative use of resources are explained.
