Individual Income Supplement Regulation 2022
The council adopts the Individual Income Supplement Regulation 2022. The income threshold for the minimum income schemes has been raised to 120 percent of the applicable social assistance standard. This increase makes the minimum income schemes accessible to more residents on low incomes. One of these minimum income schemes is the individual income supplement.
Application of coordination scheme pursuant to Article 3.30 of the Spatial Planning Act (Wro) for the development of the plot at Boslaan 63
The council declares the coordination scheme pursuant to Article 3.30 et seq. of the Spatial Planning Act applicable to the preparation and publication of the zoning plan "Son Zuid; Boslaan 63" and various decisions to be taken on request or ex officio that are necessary for the redevelopment of the plot at Boslaan 63. These include:
- environmental permit for the activity of construction;
- other decisions not specifically mentioned above, appropriate to the construction of the new homes on the plot at Boslaan 63, which the council considers necessary to include in the coordinated preparation and announcement in order to promote and ensure the success of the coordination.
Eindhoven Metropolitan Region: Draft Work Program for 2022
The council takes note of the draft 2022 work program of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region and submits an opinion in which it supports the change of course initiated by the region.
Eindhoven Metropolitan Region: Ambition Document
The council takes note of the draft ambition document "Balance in growth based on economic quality for our healthy living environment" from the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region and decides to submit a response to the document.
Appointment of civilian member to municipal council
The council appoints Mr. M.J. (Mark) van Wijk as a civilian member of the municipal council on behalf of the Hart voor Son en Breugel political party. Mr. Van Wijk is then sworn in.
Motion to waive water board tax
The council requests that the municipal executive consult with the De Dommel Water Board to ensure that the Water Board adjusts its remission policy regarding water board tax in such a way that it is in line with the remission schemes applied by our municipality for persons receiving social assistance or similar benefits.
Motion regarding the possibility of building carnival floats
The council requests the board
- actively supporting local associations that want to build carnival floats by making it legally possible to allow the construction of such floats at a larger number of locations
- to determine which locations are eligible for such an expansion of possibilities.
Motion on owner-occupancy requirement
The council requests that the municipal executive investigate the possibilities of imposing an owner-occupancy requirement in the near future.
