Regulation Individual Income Supplement 2022
The council adopts the Individual Income Supplement Regulation 2022. The income limit for the minimum allowances is increased to 120 percent of the applicable social assistance standard. This increase will make the mini schemes accessible to more low-income residents. One of these mini schemes is the individual income supplement
Apply coordination scheme ex art. 3.30 Wro development plot Boslaan 63
The council declares the coordination scheme pursuant to Section 3.30 et seq. of the Spatial Planning Act applicable to the preparation and publication of the zoning plan "Son Zuid; Boslaan 63" and various decisions to be taken upon application or ex officio that are necessary for the redevelopment of the Boslaan 63 parcel. These include:
- environmental permit for the activity of construction;
- other decisions, not mentioned by name above, appropriate within the realization of the new dwellings on the parcel Boslaan 63, which the College, in order to promote and succeed in the coordination, considers it necessary to make them part of the coordinated preparation and publication.
Eindhoven metropolitan region: draft 2022 work program
The council takes note of the draft 2022 work program of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region and submits a view with which the council supports the change of direction initiated by the region.
Eindhoven metropolitan region: ambition document
The council takes note of the draft ambition document "Balance in growth from economic quality for our healthy living environment" of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region and decides to submit a response to the document.
Appointment of citizen member city council
The council appointed Mr. M.J. (Mark) van Wijk as a civilian member of the municipal council on behalf of the Hart voor Son en Breugel Group. Mr. Van Wijk was subsequently sworn in.
Motion for water tax waiver.
The council requests the college to enter into consultations with Waterschap De Dommel to ensure that the Waterschap adjusts its remission policy around the Waterschapsbelasting in such a way that it is in line with the remission regulations used by our municipality for persons at or around social assistance level.
Motion possibility of building carnival floats
The council requests that the college
- actively support local associations wishing to build carnival floats by making it legally possible to permit the building of such floats in a greater number of locations
- to determine which sites should be considered for such expanded opportunities.
Motion self-preservation requirement
The council asks the college to examine in the near future the possibilities of imposing a self-housing obligation.
