Annual Report 2022

City Council decides:

  • To adopt the 2022 annual report and financial statements;
  • To agree to the proposed appropriation of results in accordance with the table in the section on appropriation of results in the Annual Report 2022 on page 7 in the amount of €2,923,422;
  • Agree to the shifts in withdrawals from reserves in accordance with the table forwarding withdrawals from reserves in the 2022 Annual Report on page 9;
  • To take note of the justifications included in the content reporting section:
  1. Annual Report on Objections and Legal Affairs 2022;
  2. Annual Report on Administrative and Official Integrity 2022;
  3. Socially responsible purchasing. 
  • To adopt the list of investments and projects and agree to make available the budgets of unimplemented works 2022 charged to reserves or provisions for implementation in 2023;
  • To agree with credit allocation, coverage and formation of coverage reserve aftercare and residual items Dommelhuis of € 150,000 and to cover this from the reserve center development Son and Breugel;
  • Approve an additional appropriation of €14,263 for land acquisition Ockhuizenweg 9 and 18 and cover this through the budget balance;
  • To agree to form the provision for compensation Attero;
  • To note the audit report and the college's response to that report;
  • To adopt the 4th budget amendment 2023

The annual report and financial statements are the annual capstone of the planning and control cycle. The 2022-2025 multi-year budget is the starting point for evaluation in the annual report and financial statements.

First administrative report 2023

City Council decides:

  1. To adopt the first administrative report 2023;
  2. To charge the unfavorable balance of €369,743 to the free-spending reserve;
  3. To approve the various deposits and withdrawals to reserves and provisions, as proposed in this first administrative report 2023;
  4. Agree to the overview of investments and projects, including:
    • An additional appropriation of €20,000 for Pumptrack;
    • To provide the credit for bicycle parking facility Bloktempel/De Ruimte in 2023;
  5. To adopt the 5th budget amendment 2023.

The administrative report is an interim financial account from the college to the council.

Framework Note 2023

The council adopts the framework memorandum 2024-2027 and the 6th budget amendment.
In the framework memorandum we address autonomous developments and new policies for the years 2024 through 2027.

Motion Decisive in the social domain

The council asks the college:

  • To establish while making agreements with collaborating professional organizations, that in addition to professional support, the possible use of civil society should also be considered as standard during the case consultation and client support process;
  • In the subsidy regulation to pay explicit attention to the role that the various social organizations should assume with regard to: early signaling, referring and/or picking up bottlenecks among their target group.

Motion Pool Facility

The council calls on the college to:

  • establish a vision for a swimming pool facility for our village; 
  • hereby include data and correspondence provided by pool Thermae; 
  • Provide the outcomes of this vision with financial implications in time to allow for agenda-setting at a political evening in September/October 2023 so that the outcomes can be included in the 2024 budget and beyond.
