Ordinance funding pupil transport Son en Breugel 2022

The council decides to adopt the ordinance funding pupil transport Son en Breugel 2022.
On the basis of this ordinance the funding of pupil transport will be carried out. Important principles are the pursuit of independent travel and self-reliance of the pupils and their parents.

Zoning plan "Son-Zuid; Houtens 11"

The council decides:

1. adopt and adopt the responses to the views in the "Views Note Son-Zuid; Houtens 11", with the proviso that in the views note on page 7 the phrase "traffic unsafe situation for cyclists" be replaced with "identified traffic accidents". (addition was added following oral amendment);
2. to adopt the zoning plan "Son-Zuid; Houtens 11" with plan identification "NL.IMRO.0848.BP406BREUGEL-VA01" unamended and to make it available digitally; 3. not to adopt an exploitation plan;
4. to endorse the memo of the college "Commitments regarding implementation around Houtens 11" dated September 12, 2022 (point 4 has been added as a result of oral amendment).

To be able to implement Frameworks as a course, we must amend the zoning plan for the Houtens site. Agreements have been made with the developer about the program and the urban design. These must be translated into legal regulations. The zoning plan is the instrument for this.

Amendment of regulation on appointment of citizen members; appointment of citizen member of city council

The council decides, on a trial basis during this council term, that up to four citizen members will be appointed per political group, one of whom need not have been on the list of candidates in the last election. In that case, the person in question must be a member of the party and that person may be dismissed on the proposal of the council.

The council appoints Mr. Kaj den Daas as a citizen member of the city council on behalf of the VVD group.
