Adoption of zoning plan "Breugel; Sint Hubertuslaan ong."
The council decides:
- Not to adopt an exploitation plan for zoning plan "Breugel; Sint Hubertuslaan ong."
- The zoning plan "Breugel; Sint Hubertuslaan ong." be adopted unchanged and the plan be made available digitally.
Ordinance amending for the second time the General Local Ordinance 2019 municipality of Son en Breugel
The council adopts the Ordinance for second amendment of the General Local Ordinance 2019 municipality of Son and Breugel.
The amendment enables action to be taken against the use of nitrous oxide.
Development site "Begoniastraat"; "views memo draft zoning plan Son Zuid; Begoniastraat" and the zoning plan "Son Zuid; Begoniastraat" in favor of the realization of 13 dwellings
The council decides:
- Adopt and adopt the response to the views contained in the "Views memo draft Son Zuid; Begoniastraat zoning plan," which is part of this decision;
- not to adopt an exploitation plan;
- Adopt the zoning plan "Son Zuid; Begoniastraat" and make the plan available digitally;
- That the college prepare and submit to the council a plan of supervision and enforcement prior to the start of construction, thereby ensuring that the plan is implemented as decided;
- That, no later than one month after the start of construction, the College draw up and submit to the Council a plan indicating which revitalization measures* will be carried out in the construction area between Canal, Jasmine Street, De Bont Street and Azalea Street, being all side streets related to the Begonia Street construction plan. This plan is prepared in close consultation with the residents of those streets.
*this may include improvement and replacement measures in the area of sewers, road surfaces, sidewalks, greenery, street lighting and so on. The purpose of these measures is that the new building plan becomes one with the existing environment.
Future Strategy Grand! Amenities and Events in the SGE
The council approves the joint strategy ''Grand! A high-quality and accessible supply of facilities in the SGE".
The council decides that the Alderman will present a vision to the council in 2022 that contains the frameworks and spearheads on behalf of Son and Breugel to align with the Groots! Future Strategy.
GFT/PMD collection frequencies upon joining GR Blink per 1-1-22
The council expresses a preference for scenario A in which the current service is maintained (PMD 1x per week, GFT 9 months 1x per week and 3 months 1x per 2 weeks). This choice will be further developed and incorporated into the 2022 waste levy.
Appropriation of new building The Bongerd
The council decides:
- Make budget available for new construction of The Bongerd for a total amount of €8,609,460.
- Provide coverage for this amount as follows:
- To write off the book value of the Bongerd as of 31-12-2022 of €102,482 and charge this cost to the general reserve of free expenditures;
- To make available a credit for the realization of the Bongerd at € 6,741,404,- incl. VAT and to cover the capital costs of this credit for an amount of € 4,223,978,- incl. VAT from the "growth path center development" and for an amount of € 2,517,426,- incl. VAT from the reserve "center Breugel";
- To make available a credit for the technical installations at € 1,422,074, including VAT, and to cover the capital costs thereof from the 'center Breugel' reserve;
- To make available a credit for the loose interior at € 60,500, including VAT, and to cover the capital costs of this from the 'center Breugel' reserve;
- To provide a credit for the public area adjacent to the building at € 283,000, excluding VAT, and to cover these costs from the land exploitation 'Redevelopment center Breugel';
- Add the income from the child care rental to the "growth path center development" line item.
- Process the financial implications with the 6th Budget Amendment 2021.
Motion additional precondition protected living location Ruysdael Street
The council urges the college to:
- To amend its decision dated June 8, 2021, to delete the provision that upon2nd letting these housing units are available to all housing seekers;
- To provide that the 20 housing units in question be available to the target population for as long as needed.
