Appointment credentials committee new council member PvdA/GreenLeft
The council appoints as members of the credentials committee:
- Mireille Bonnier
- Jos de Bruin
- Monique van Zwieten
Verification of credentials, admission and swearing-in of council member PvdA/GroenLinks group
The council decided, after hearing the report of the credentials committee, to admit Mr. C.P.J.H. (Peter) van Dam to the council. Following this, the mayor swore in the new council member.
Reintegration Regulation Participation Act Son en Breugel 2023
The council adopts the Re-integration Regulation Participation Act Son en Breugel 2023 as amended.
Despite various adjustments in laws and regulations, the labor participation of people with labor disabilities continues to lag behind. This has prompted the bill Broad Offensive Participation Act and adjustment of the Participation Act per July 1, 2023. As a result, the Reintegration Regulation must be adjusted
Audit 2023
The council
- Adopts the 2023 Audit Protocol including 2023 Standards Framework.
- decides not to let Crowe Foederer BV face any (financial) consequences for the college's non-compliance with the applicable proprietary procurement guidelines and inform the auditor that he does not have to take this into account when forming his opinion.
- Adopts the agreements "Method of working on budget legitimacy annual accounts 2023 municipality of Son and Breugel".
Commissioned by the board, Crowe Foederer BV conducts the audit for the 2023 fiscal year. In preparation and support of the conduct of the audit, the council sets forth a number of agreements.
Amendment of Joint Arrangement Blink 1st phase
The council decides not to submit an opinion on the amendment of the Joint Regulation (GR) Reiniging Blink, as proposed with the effective date of January 1, 2025.
The GR must be amended so that the public task (waste collection) can be performed in a lawful manner.
Adjustment Joint Regulation Safety Region Brabant-Zuidoost
The council takes note of the Joint Arrangement Security Region Brabant-Southeast 2024 after views. The council authorizes the college to adopt the amendment to the Common Arrangement Security Region Brabant-Southeast 2024.
By amending the VRBZO Joint Arrangement, the legal basis of cooperation in the security region will be back in order by July 1, 2024.
Appointment of chairman and four members Appeals Committee
Council:
- Reappoints Mr. W.A.M. Waarma as chairman of the Objections Committee for a four-year term;
- Reappoint Mr. P.A.J.S. Lathouwers, Mr. A.H.C.M. Spapens and Mr. J.H.F.M. van der Velden as members of the Objections Committee for a term of four years;
- Appoints Mr. B. de Clonie Maclennan as a member of the Objections Committee for a four-year term.
Integrated Education Housing Plan 2024-2028
The council
- adopts the Integrated Education Housing Plan 2024-2028 (IHP);
- Notes the projected cumulative investment volume over the period portrayed in the IHP until 2043 and the resulting capital costs, rounded respectively € 17 million and € 650,000, -;
- makes available the financial resources resulting from the IHP for the period 2024-2028:
- Costs for research in 2025 of € 130,000, -
- Investments in expansions and installations over 2025 and 2026 totaling € 4,985,536, - - Decides to cover the cost of the studies from the 2025 budget and to include the cost of the investments in 2025 and 2026, being the capital costs from 2027, in the 2025-2028 multi-year budget.
The purpose of the IHP is to gain insight into future investment needs and the financial possibilities and meaning for the budget in the short and long term. With the IHP, we have a future-proof vision of educational housing.
Sonniuswijk 5, draft statement of no objections
The council decides to issue a draft statement of no objections to the draft environmental permit to deviate from the zoning plan 'Buitengebied; Revision 2017' for the realization of a dog kennel at Sonniuswijk 5
City Council and social media
The council decides(amended decision):
- Establish a council social media working group;
- commission the council working group:
- elaborate on the submitted proposal in order to arrive at a practical guide with agreements and guidelines for active action on social media by the city council;
- upon completion of the aforementioned practical guide, to make a proposal to the council on the commencement of a defined pilot period, including the criteria on the basis of which the continuation can be decided upon at the end of the pilot period;
- To appoint council members Mireille Bonnier, Willie Horden, Martien Merks and Flip Verhagen as members of this working group.
Resource Policy Plan
The council adopts the Raw Materials Policy Plan 2024-2027 as amended. The council decides that before the college proceeds to the implementation of phase 2 (structural improvements), the details of this phase will be submitted to the council for decision at least three months before the end of phase 1 (putting the basics in order).
The raw materials policy plan paints a picture of how the waste world will change in the coming years and how we as a municipality intend to anticipate this. It provides a roadmap of actions we want to take and their sequence.
