Regional insulation project "Insulating the Green Zone"

The council decides to participate in the Southeast Brabant regional insulation project "Isolate the Green Zone" and to include the activities resulting from the project plan and related activities in the public task of the municipality of Son and Breugel.

The agreement in the Climate Accord is to get 7 million homes and 1 million buildings off natural gas by 2050. With this project we support vulnerable households with poorly insulated homes or high energy bills.

Repeal regulation on precario tax 2022

The council decides to repeal the 2022 Precario Tax Ordinance.

Entrepreneurs have been hit hard financially in the past period by the restrictive corona measures, among others. By not levying the precario tax, we are giving entrepreneurs some financial relief.

Assessment of council fractions spending 2021

The council notes that the expenses for 2021 for each group have been paid from the annual contribution according to the rules in the Official Assistance and Group Support Regulation 2020.
The council also establishes the reserve to be reimbursed per group and the remaining reserve per group as of January 1, 2022.

The Official Assistance and Group Support Regulation 2020 stipulates that groups receive an annual financial contribution to cover the costs of running the group.

Fee Ordinance 2023 including fee table

The council adopts the 2023 Fee Ordinance and accompanying fee table.

The council proposal on the 2023 tax ordinances, considered on Nov. 10, 2022, was missing the dues ordinance.

Land exploitation center Son

The council decides (subject to an amendment):

  1. To adopt the land exploitation for Centrum Son with a projected negative result of € 4,188,828 (reference date 01-01-2022);
  2. Establish a loss provision worth the projected negative result and withdraw this amount from the general reserve for building land;
  3. The college to make available the budgets available in the land exploitation with the precondition that the final result of the land exploitation, based on the area vision yet to be drawn up, should not be less than €4,200,000 negative (net present value);
  4. have the area vision to be prepared be framework for the potential development sites (amendment);
  5. To provide that land (marketable) within the planning area cannot be sold and/or developed until this area vision to be prepared is adopted (amendment).

In downtown Son, after the completion of the Dommel House, there are other sites that have the potential to be developed. These potential developments involve costs and revenues.

Motion Reuse greenery

The council asks the college:

  1. To inform the residents of Son en Breugel in good time with a public announcement of an intention to remove shrubs and plants at - to be named locations;
  2. giving all private residents the opportunity to replant these shrubs and plants for no consideration on their private land;
  3. contact bushwhacking.now to explore the possibility of making bushwhacking a regular part of every demolition and renovation process.

Motion Together through the winter and on to an energy-efficient future

The council asks the college:

  1. Create a safety net for social services, cultural institutions and associations, intended to absorb energy rate increases;
  2. hereby condition the applicant to perform a sustainability scan in order to become more energy efficient from here to the future;
  3. cover the safety net from the funds the State intends to make available through the general allowance, and in anticipation of these funds becoming available, implement this motion;
  4. To send the council an update on the status of implementation of this motion before the summer.
