Regulation on compensation for damages suffered by the municipality of Son en Breugel 2024
The council adopts the Son en Breugel Municipality Compensation for Damages Regulation 2024.
Compensation for damages is the reimbursement of damages caused by the government in the lawful exercise of its duties or powers. Due to the introduction of two new legal regulations, we must also amend municipal regulations.
Amendment to the Regulation on the discharge of rainwater and groundwater 2016
The council adopts the first amendment to the "Regulation on the discharge of rainwater and groundwater in Son en Breugel 2016."
Due to, among other things, the entry into force of the Omgevingswet , we Omgevingswet amend this regulation.
Amended adoption of zoning plan "Rural area, Noorderlicht 1"
The council decides:
- not to adopt an exploitation plan for the zoning plan "Buitengebied, Noorderlicht 1";
- to adopt the opinion memorandum "Draft zoning plan for rural areas, Noorderlicht 1";
- to adopt the amended zoning plan "Buitengebied, Noorderlicht 1" with plan identification "NL.IMRO.848BP835BUITENGEBIED-ON01" and make it available digitally.
The (draft) zoning plan provides a legal framework for the construction of a crematorium at the Wolfswinkel cemetery and funeral home.
Fee Regulation 2024 including fee schedule and ROEB list
The council adopts the 2024 fees regulation and accompanying fee schedule.
The fee policy is based on:
- an inflation adjustment of 5.20%;
- striving for cost-covering rates for administrative fees and charges
Energy allowance resources 2023
The council decides:
- make available the funds for the 2023 Energy Allowance (€443,028), which will be credited to the municipal fund by the state in December 2023 via a decentralization payment;
- Transfer €45,000 from program 3 to program 2 and allocate these funds to the payment of the 2023 energy allowance.
With the one-time energy allowance for 2023, we want to partially compensate low-income households for the high energy prices.
Regional Mobility Cooperation Agreement MRE 2024-2030
The council takes note of the Draft Cooperation Agreement on Regional Mobility MRE 2024-2030 and decides not to submit an opinion.
The Southeast Brabant region faces extensive and complex mobility challenges. The agreement strengthens regional cooperation on the subject of mobility, enabling us to work together more efficiently and effectively on regional mobility challenges.
Zoning plan “Son Zuid; Boslaan 63”
The council decides:
- to adopt and adopt the responses to the opinions as described and considered in the "Opinion Memorandum on the coordination arrangement for the draft zoning plan for Son Zuid; Boslaan 63 and the associated coordinated draft environmental permit";
- to adopt the zoning plan "Son Zuid; Boslaan 63" with plan identification "NL.IMRO.0848.BP107SONZUID-VA01" unchanged and make it available digitally.
- not to adopt an exploitation plan for zoning plan "Son Zuid; Boslaan 63."
Housing Regulation of the Municipality of Son en Breugel 2024-2027
The council proposes the 'Housing Regulation for the Municipality of Son en Breugel 2024-2027'.
Since 2016, the municipalities in the Eindhoven Urban Area (SGE) have had a joint urgency scheme. Urgency for social housing can only be granted on the basis of a Housing Regulation (Urgency Regulation). The current regulation ends on December 31, 2023.
General Subsidy Regulation 2024
The council adopts the General Subsidy Regulation 2024 for the municipality of Son en Breugel.
With this regulation, we want to establish a fair, unambiguous, and transparent subsidy process that ensures that outgoing subsidies are financially compliant with the rules and are accounted for fairly.
Subsidy ceiling for UV-C equipment in schools and childcare facilities
The council decides to set the subsidy ceiling for the 'Subsidy scheme for UV-C equipment in schools and childcare facilities' at €0.00 (Amended decision).
Subsidy for Son Swimming Pool 2024
The council decides:
to make a contribution of €175,000 available to maintain a public swimming facility in 2024.- to make €40,000 available for conducting a study into the prospects of a swimming pool facility in Son en Breugel.
- if, when discussing the budget, the council decides not to make any contribution available after 2024, to make a one-off contribution available to Zwembad Son B.V. by way of phasing out.
- to charge the costs referred to in decision points 1, 2, and 3, the latter insofar as these costs are incurred, to the discretionary reserve.
