Regulation on Compensation for Losses Municipality of Son and Breugel 2024
The council adopts the Regulation on Disadvantage Compensation Municipality of Son and Breugel 2024.
Disadvantage Compensation is the compensation of damage caused by the government by exercising its task or power according to the law. Due to the arrival of two new legal regulations, we also have to adjust the municipal regulations.
Amend Ordinance on stormwater and groundwater drainage 2016
The council adopts the 1st amendment to the 'Regulation on the drainage of rainwater and groundwater Son en Breugel 2016'.
Due to, among other things, the entry into force of the Omgevingswet we need to amend this ordinance.
Amended adoption of zoning plan "Buitengebied, Noorderlicht 1"
The council decides:
- Not to adopt an exploitation plan for the "Buitengebied, Noorderlicht 1" zoning plan;
- To adopt the vision note "Draft Buitengebied zoning plan, Noorderlicht 1";
- adopt the zoning plan "Buitengebied, Noorderlicht 1" with plan identificationNL.IMRO.848BP835BUITENGEBIED-ON01" as amended and make it available digitally.
The (draft) zoning plan provides a planning-legal framework to enable the construction of a crematorium at Wolfswinkel cemetery and funeral home.
Fee Ordinance 2024 including fee table and ROEB list
The council adopts the 2024 fee ordinance and accompanying fee table.
The fee policy is based on:
- an inflation adjustment of 5.20%;
- The pursuit of cost recovery for fees and charges
Resources energy surcharge 2023
The council decides:
- Make available the funds Energy Surcharge 2023 (€ 443,028), which will be credited to the municipal fund in December 2023 from the state via a decentralization payment;
- Transfer €45,000 from Program 3 to Program 2 and allocate these funds to pay the 2023 energy surcharge.
With the one-time energy surcharge 2023, we want to partially compensate low-income households for high energy prices.
Cooperation agreement Regional mobility MRE 2024-2030
The council takes note of the Draft Cooperation Agreement Regional Mobility MRE 2024-2030 and decides not to submit an opinion.
The Southeast Brabant region has extensive and complex mobility challenges. The agreement strengthens regional cooperation on the subject of Mobility so that together we can work more efficiently and effectively on regional mobility tasks.
Zoning plan "Son Zuid; Boslaan 63"
The council decides:
- adopt and adopt the responses to the views as described and weighed in the "Notice of views coordination scheme draft Son Zuid zoning plan; Boslaan 63 and the accompanying coordinated draft environmental permit";
- adopt the zoning plan "Son Zuid; Boslaan 63" with plan identifier "NL.IMRO.0848.BP107SONZUID-VA01" unchanged and make it available digitally.
- Not to adopt an exploitation plan for zoning plan "Son Zuid; Boslaan 63".
Housing ordinance municipality of Son and Breugel 2024-2027
The council adopts the 'Housing Ordinance Municipality of Son and Breugel 2024-2027'.
As of 2016, the municipalities in the Urban Area Eindhoven (SGE) have a joint urgency regulation. The granting of urgency for a social rental house is only possible on the basis of a Housing Ordinance (Urgency Ordinance). The current regulation ends on December 31, 2023.
General grant ordinance 2024
The council adopts the General Subsidy Ordinance 2024 Municipality of Son and Breugel.
With this ordinance we want to establish a fair, unambiguous and transparent subsidy process that ensures that outgoing subsidies are financially created according to the rules and accounted for fairly.
Subsidy ceiling UV-C equipment schools and day care centers
The council decides to set the grant ceiling for the "UV-C Equipment Subsidy Scheme for Schools and Childcare" at €0.00 (Amended decision)
Subsidy Swimming Pool Son 2024
The council decides:
- To provide a contribution of
€ 175,000 for maintaining a public swimming facility in 2024. - To provide €40,000 for conducting a study on the prospects of a swimming pool facility in Son and Breugel.
- If the council decides not to make a contribution available after 2024 when considering the budget, to make a one-time contribution available to Zwembad Son B.V. by way of winding down.
- to charge the costs mentioned in decision points 1, 2 and 3, the latter to the extent that these costs arise, to the free spending reserve.
