Draft budget 2022 Security Region Brabant-Zuidoost
The council takes note of the draft budget 2022 Veiligheidsregio Brabant-Zuidoost (VRBZO) and decides not to submit an opinion. The council agrees with the processing of the financial consequences in the multi-year program budget 2022-2025
Annual report and accounts 2020, multi-year budget 2022-2025 and the 1st and 2nd budget amendments of Dommelvallei Service
The council notes the:
- 2020 Annual Report 2020 Dommelvallei Service;
- Multi-year budget 2022 - 2025 Service Dommelvallei;
- 1st budget amendment 2021 Dommelvallei Service;
- 2nd budget amendment 2021 Dommelvallei Service;
The council decides to submit a view: funds allocated to the Dommelvallei Service will be reallocated within the budget so that "good initiatives" (see amendment) can be implemented. These shifts must be included within the budget through a budget amendment.
The council decides not to submit a view against the creation of a reserve I&A.
The council agrees to incorporate the financial consequences in the 1st administrative report 2021 and the multi-year budget 2022 - 2025.
Adjustment Regional Development Fund Work Locations
- The council decides to repeal the decision of February 4, 2021, by which the council
- delegated the authority to subsidize within the framework of the Regional Development Fund Work Locations to the Development Fund Foundation;
- has adopted the Subsidy Ordinance Investments Regional Development Fund Work Locations SGE (2021),. - The council decides to adopt the Subsidy Ordinance Investments Regional Development Fund Work Locations SGE (2021).
- The council mandates the authority to implement the Grant Ordinance, which expressly includes making a decision on an application for a grant under the Grant Ordinance Investments Regional Development Fund Work Locations SGE (2021), including all related preparatory and implementation acts, to the Foundation Development Fund Work Locations SGE.
The municipalities in the Eindhoven Urban Area recently completed their decision-making on adjustments to the Regional Development Fund Work Locations (ROW). After completing this decision-making, the municipalities were confronted with a ruling by the Administrative Law Division of the Council of State. To comply with this ruling, the powers are now mandated (instead of delegated) to the Stichting Ontwikkelingsfonds Werklocaties SGE.
