Extension of residency waiver Alderman
The council decides to extend the waiver of the residency requirement of Alderman Paul van Liempd effective May 9, 2022, through July 22, 2022.
Regional vision standard for commissioning
The council approves "The Regional Standard for Commissioning" vision of "A 10 for Youth. This vision establishes cooperation for the procurement of youth aid in a sustainable and non-exempt manner and reaffirms the commitment to regional cooperation.
Draft 2023 budget Blink
The council decides not to submit a view on the draft 2023 budget of the Joint Regulation Cleaning Blink (GRR Blink) and to incorporate the financial consequences in the 2023 budget and multi-year budget.
Since January 1, 2022, the municipality has been affiliated with the GRR Blink. The draft budget deals with the total costs of the GR and services to Son and Breugel
Zoning plan "Reviewing residual strips of green 2021"
The council adopts the zoning plan "Review of Residual Strips Green 2021," with plan identification numberNL.IMRO.0848.BP155RESTSTROKEN-VA01" as amended.
This zoning plan establishes the agreements (legal security) regarding the use of the residual strips sold by the municipality as part of the residual strips sale project.
Subject Appointment of citizen member of city council
The council appointed Ton van Vlerken a citizen member of the City Council on behalf of the D66 group.
Appointment of members chairman's pool Political Evenings
The council appoints citizen members Willem Buurke, Steven Grevink, Marco Pulles and Gert Jan van Steenhoven as members of the chairman's pool Political Evenings Son en Breugel.
Environment vision Son and Breugel; OOg to a bright future!
The council adopts the "Views note draft environmental vision Son and Breugel; OOg on a sunny future!" adopted.
In addition, the council adopts, subject to 2 motions (see below), the four times amended "Omgevingsvisie Son en Breugel; OOg op een zonnige toekomst!" adopted.
Amendment Environmental Vision Groslist
The council decides to add the following decision point after decision point 2:
3. adopt the "Groslijst voor omgevingsvisie 2.0" as input for the Omgevingsvisie 2.0.
Amendment Environmental Vision Housing Challenge
The council resolves that in the following sentence on page 18, section 2.3 "Population growth and changing household size means that approximately 700 more homes will need to be built through the year 2040 to meet projected demand" replace the word "approximately" with "at a minimum."
Amendment Omgevingsvisie Son en Breugel; OOg to a bright future!
The council resolves that the following sentence on page 28, section 4.2.1 "Hereby the existing policies of the Structure Vision, the Housing Vision and Frameworks as Heading are continued" be replaced with "Hereby the existing policies of the Structure Vision and the Housing Vision are continued and Frameworks as Heading is taken as a basis."
Amendment Environmental Vision Sports Fields
The council decides that the following passage on page 29 of the Environmental Vision "Housing development in Breugel-zuidoost, in the forest area 't Harde Ven and at the current location of the sports fields we do not find desirable, because this is among other things at the expense of natural and cultural-historical values and social cohesion" shall be deleted
Motion Omgevingsvisie review moments
The council asks the college:
- Establish fixed deadlines for the delivery of follow-up versions of the Environmental Vision;
- Set these deadlines at the end of the first and third council years of each council term and include them in the administrative agenda.

The council asks the college:
- Starting with version 2.0 of the Environmental Vision and prioritizing the Sonniuswijk and Ekkersrijt subareas and the Housing program;
- Deliver version 2.0 by July 2023 and include it in the administrative agenda.
