Extension of Alderman exemption from residency requirements

The council decides to extend Alderman van Liempd's exemption from the residency requirement from May 9, 2022, until July 22, 2022.

Regional vision standard for commissioning

The council approves 'The Regional Vision Standard for Commissioning' from 'A 10 for Youth'. This vision establishes cooperation for the procurement of youth assistance in a sustainable and non-voluntary manner and reinforces the commitment to regional cooperation.

The council has decided not to submit an opinion on the draft budget for 2023 of the Gemeenschappelijke Regeling Reiniging Blink (GRR Blink) and to incorporate the financial consequences into the 2023 budget and multi-year budget.
The municipality has been affiliated with GRR Blink since January 1, 2022. The draft budget covers the total costs of the GR and the services provided to Son en Breugel.

Zoning plan "Revision of green strips 2021"

The council adopts the zoning plan "Revision of Green Residual Areas 2021," with plan identification number "NL.IMRO.0848.BP155RESTSTROKEN-VA01," as amended.
This zoning plan sets out the agreements (legal safeguards) regarding the use of the residual strips that the municipality has sold as part of the residual strip sale project.

Subject Appointment of civilian member to municipal council

The council appoints Ton van Vlerken as a civilian member of the municipal council on behalf of the D66 political party.

Appointment of members to the Political Evenings chairpersons' pool

The council appoints citizen members Willem Buurke, Steven Grevink, Marco Pulles, and Gert Jan van Steenhoven as members of the chairpersons' pool for Political Evenings Son en Breugel.

Environmental vision for Son en Breugel; Looking forward to a bright future!

The council adopts the "Opinion Memorandum on the Draft Environmental Vision for Son en Breugel; Looking toward a bright future!"
In addition, taking into account two motions (see below), the council adopts the four-times amended "Environmental Vision for Son en Breugel; Looking toward a bright future!"

Amendment to the Groslijst Environmental Vision

After decision point 2, the council decides to add the following decision point:
3. to adopt the 'Groslijst voor omgevingsvisie 2.0' (Gros list for environmental vision 2.0) as input for the Environmental Vision 2.0.

Amendment to the Environmental Vision for Housing

The council decides that in the following sentence on page 18, paragraph 2.3, "Population growth and changing household sizes mean that approximately 700 homes will need to be built by 2040 to meet the expected demand," the word "approximately" will be replaced by "at least."

Amendment to the Son en Breugel Environmental Vision; Looking forward to a bright future!

The council decides that the following sentence on page 28, paragraph 4.2.1, "The existing policy of the Structural Vision, the Housing Vision, and Frameworks as a Course will be continued," will be replaced by "The existing policy of the Structural Vision and the Housing Vision will be continued, and Frameworks as a Course will be taken as a basis." 

Amendment to the Environmental Vision for Sports Fields

The council decides that the following passage on page 29 of the Environmental Vision "Housing construction in Breugel-southeast, in the forest area 't Harde Ven and on the current location of the sports fields is not desirable, because this is at the expense of natural and cultural-historical values and social cohesion" will be deleted.

Motion on Environmental Vision Evaluation Moments

The council asks the college:

  1. Set fixed deadlines for the delivery of subsequent versions of the Environmental Vision;
  2. Set these deadlines at the end of the first and third council years of each council term and include them in the administrative agenda.

Motion on Environmental Vision Priorities

The council asks the college:

  1. Starting with version 2.0 of the Environmental Vision, prioritizing the Sonniuswijk and Ekkersrijt sub-areas and the Housing program;
  2. Deliver version 2.0 by July 2023 at the latest and include this in the administrative agenda.
