Breugel zoning plan; Keske area
The council decides:
- to adopt and adopt the responses to the opinions in the "Opinion Memorandum Breugel; Keske ong.";
- to adopt the amended zoning plan "Breugel; Keske ong." with plan identification "NL.IMRO.0848.BP406BREUGEL-VA01" and make it available digitally;

Audit Committee investigation into the implementation of the Government Information (Public Access) Act (Wob)
The council takes note of the report 'The practice of the Government Information (Public Access) Act (Wob) at the municipality of Son en Breugel' by the Son en Breugel Audit Committee. The council decides to take into account the Audit Committee's recommendation to 'consider, as an administration, broadening the ways in which Wob requests can be submitted' when implementing the Open Government Act.
The general conclusion of the report is that the municipality of Son en Breugel handles Wob requests in an appropriate manner.
Regulation committee on local social mediation Son and Breugel 2022
The council decides to adopt the Son en Breugel Local Social Mediation Committee Regulation 2022 and the job profile for the local social mediator.
Residents can turn to the social mediator for the most appropriate, legitimate solution when a situation arises within the municipal social domain in which they are at risk of falling between two stools.
Appointment of members and chair of the Audit Committee
The council decides to appoint Willie Horden, Joris van Dam, and Giel van Beers as members of the Son en Breugel Audit Committee and subsequently appoints Wille Horden as chair of the Son en Breugel Audit Committee. The council will decide on the final composition of the Audit Committee during the council meeting in which the new council is appointed.
With the start of a new council term, new members and a chair are appointed.
Regulation on the Employer Committee of Municipal Clerk’s Office of Son en Breugel 2022 and appointment of members
The council adopts the Municipal Clerk’s Office en Breugel Employer Committee Regulation 2022 and appoints Mireille Bonnier, Sylvia Corsten, and Don Pasanea as members of the Municipal Clerk’s Office en Breugel Employer Committee.
New members are appointed at the start of each new council term.
Appointment of two members to Council Table 21 Eindhoven Metropolitan Region
The council appoints Martien Merks and Flip Verhagen as members of the Raadstafel21 (Council Table 21) of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region.
The Raadstafel21 was established to reduce the distance between the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region (MRE) and the municipal councils and to increase the involvement of council members.
New members are appointed at the start of each new council term.
Appointment of member and alternate member of the General Board of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region
The council appoints Hans Gaillard and Paul van Liempd (deputy) as members and deputy members of the General Board of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region.
The General Board is the administrative authority for the Executive Committee through the adoption of the cooperation agreement and the annual work programs. The General Board consists of 24 members: one representative from each municipality and the three members of the Executive Committee.
New members are appointed at the start of each new council term.
Appointment of two members to the WSD General Board
The council appoints José Goossens-Junier and Paul van Liempd as members of the General Board of the WSD. The General Board consists of members appointed by the councils of the participating municipalities from among its own members and from the municipal executives of the participating municipalities.
