The council decides:

  • The responses to the views in the "Views Note Breugel; Keske ong." to be adopted and adopted;

The council takes note of the report 'de praktijk van de Wet Openbaarheid van Bestuur (Wob) bij de gemeente Son en Breugel' (The practice of the Wet Openbaarheid van Bestuur (Wob) at the municipality of Son en Breugel) of the Court of Auditors Commission Son en Breugel. The council decides to take the recommendation of the Court of Auditors committee to 'as an administration consider broadening the ways of submitting Wob requests' into account when operationalizing the Open Government Act.
The general conclusion of the report is that the municipality of Son en Breugel handles Wob requests in a good way.

Regulation committee on local social mediation Son and Breugel 2022

The council decides to adopt the regulation commission local social mediation Son en Breugel 2022 and the job profile for the local social mediator.
Residents can turn to the social mediator for the most appropriate, legitimate solution when there is a situation within the municipal social domain when they are in danger of falling between the cracks.

Appointment of members and chairman Audit Committee

The council decides to appoint Willie Horden, Joris van Dam and Giel van Beers as members of the Audit Committee Son and Breugel and then appoints Wille Horden as chairman of the Audit Committee Son and Breugel. The council will decide on the final composition of the Audit Committee in the council meeting in which the new college will be appointed.
New members and a chairman are appointed with the start of a new council term.

Ordinance Employer's Committee Municipal Clerk’s Office Municipality of Son en Breugel 2022 and appointment of members

The council adopts the Regulation Employer Committee Municipal Clerk’s Office Municipality of Son and Breugel 2022 and appoints Mireille Bonnier, Sylvia Corsten and Don Pasanea as members of the Employer Committee Municipal Clerk’s Office Son and Breugel.
New members will be appointed with the start of a new council term.

Appointment of two members Council Table21 Eindhoven Metropolitan Region

The council appoints Martien Merks and Flip Verhagen as members of the Council Table21 of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region.
The Council Table21 was established to reduce the distance between the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region (MRE) and the city councils and to increase the involvement of the council members.
With the start of a new council term, new members are appointed.

Appointment of member and deputy member of General Board Metropolitan Region Eindhoven

The council appoints Hans Gaillard and Paul van Liempd (plv.) as members and deputy members of the General Board of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region.
The General Board is administrative principal for the Executive Board through the adoption of the cooperation agreement and the annual work programs. The General Board consists of 24 members; one representative from each municipality and the three members of the Bureau.
With the start of a new council term, new members are appointed.

Appointment of two members of General Board WSD

The council appoints José Goossens-Junier and Paul van Liempd as members of the General Board of the WSD. The General Board consists of members appointed by the councils of the participating municipalities from among its members and from the colleges of the participating municipalities.
New members are appointed with the start of a new council term.
