Adoption of zoning plan "Ekkersrijt; Jansen Kanaaldijk Zuid 24"

The council has adopted the zoning plan "Ekkersrijt; Jansen Kanaaldijk Zuid 24". As a result of an appeal procedure with the Council of State, for the parcel Kanaaldijk Zuid 24 the regulation and image as included in "Ekkersrijt; revision 2017" and "Ekkersrijt" has been adopted and the amendment authority for a new access has been dropped.

Appointment of alternate member council territory committee

The council decides to appoint Mr. A.P.M. (Ton) van Vlerken (D66) as an alternate member of the council's territory committee, replacing Mr. B. (Bob) van der Ven (D66).
