Appointment credentials committee new council member 

The council decides to appoint the following council members as members of the credentials committee:
- Remco Heeren
- Gert Jan van Steenhoven
- Flip Verhagen

Marianne van der Putte-Verhoeven submitted her resignation as a council member on September 5, 2024. Because of this resignation, a new council member must be appointed. Before a new council member is admitted, all requirements for council membership must be examined.

The council decides to admit Mr. M. (Marnix) Thunnissen (Group Voor U!) as a new council member of the municipality of Son en Breugel.

General Local Regulation 2024 

The council adopts the 2024 General Local Ordinance.

 The General Local Bye-Law (APV) contains rules on public order and safety, public space, nature and the environment and other topics such as nuisance from animals and the regulation of prostitution and the sex industry. The APV has been updated. A number of articles have been adjusted and added to increase the possibilities in the approach to undermining or adjusted to improve the enforceability. 

Regulation on Legal Status of Council and Citizen Members of the Municipality of Son and Breugel 2025 

The council adopts the Regulation on Legal Status of Council and Citizen Members of the Municipality of Son en Breugel 2025.

This ordinance contains articles on compensation to council and committee members, among other things. The regulation has been updated an adapted to the new national regulation.

Mobility Vision and Mobility Plan Son and Breugel.

Council:

1. Adopts the Mobility Vision Son and Breugel. 
2. Requests the college to coordinate the Son and Breugel Mobility Plan with the council in the^4th quarter of 2024 before resubmitting it to the council for decision in the^4th quarter of 2024(amended decision).
