The college notes the program of the September 11 Political Evening and offers the list of commitments and the list of outstanding motions to the council.

The college decides:

1. To take note of the Political Evening program for September 11, 2025;
2. Offer the list of commitments dated July 3, 2025 to the council;
3. To present to the council the list of open motions dated September 11, 2025.

4. Advisory session housing development Houtens 19

One of the major tasks for the municipality is housing development. In 2024, the municipality purchased the plot Houtens 19 with the intention of developing this location for housing. In the process, the lands of the plots between Vlinderlaan and Houtens 19 were included in the development. An urban design has been designed and participation has taken place. The college now asks the council groups to advise on the preconditions and principles for the development.

The college decides to ask the council for advice on the preconditions and principles for the Houtens 19 development and to use the memo at advisory session for this purpose.

5. Guidelines for geocaching in public areas.

The municipality of Son en Breugel establishes guidelines for placing geocaches in public spaces. These guidelines ensure fun of play without compromising safety or nature quality. The college decides to adopt the guidelines and publish them on the municipal website.

1. To adopt the guidelines for geocaching in public areas.
2. Publish these guidelines as information on the municipal website.
