The college adopts the decision lists.
2 Letter from the province, 2024 budget for Son en Breugel
The province informs the municipal council each year about its findings from financial supervision of the budget. Based on this supervision, there are no particular issues for the 2024 budget apart from the comment about updating the management plans for roads and buildings. Normal supervision remains in force for this budget.
The council acknowledges the letter from the province dated December 20, 2023, regarding the 2024 budget.
3 Advisory session with the municipal council on the reassessment of sustainability policy
The municipality of Son en Breugel has policies for many aspects of sustainability. There is currently no overarching sustainability policy, but there is a need for one. That is why the sustainability policy will be reassessed. During a meeting, we will inform the council about what we as a municipality are doing in the context of sustainability and what we can expect in the coming years. We will ask the council members what they consider important. This information will be used as input to determine the ambition, objectives, and activities for the reassessed sustainability policy.
The board decides to agree to organize an advisory session for the council on the reassessment of the sustainability policy.
