2 Letter from province, budget 2024 Son and Breugel
The province informs the city council each year about its findings from financial supervision of the budget. From this supervision, there are no particulars for the 2024 budget besides the remark about updating the management plans for roads and buildings. This budget remains subject to normal supervision.
The college takes note of the letter from the province dated December 20, 2023 with the subject of budget 2024.
3 Advisory session city council review of sustainability policy
The municipality of Son en Breugel has policies for many areas of sustainability. There is currently no overarching sustainability policy, but there is a need for one. Therefore, there will be a reassessment of the sustainability policy. During a meeting we will take the council through what we as a municipality are doing in the context of sustainability and what is coming up in the coming years. We gather from the council members what they think is important. This information will be used as input to determine the ambition, goals and activities for the recalibrated sustainability policy.
