8. Underground containers 't Zand / Paul van Liempd
In recent years, there have been structural reports about the underground containers in 't Zand. Research by Blink shows that the containers become faulty when bags larger than 60 liters are offered. The total capacity of the system also seems to be at the limit, causing immediate pressure in case of breakdowns. The municipality wants to structurally reduce the reports by working with residents to inform them about how the waste is being offered, to make a narrowing in the system for oversized bags and to start installing an additional underground container.

- To provide an investment credit of € 12,000 for the realization of an additional underground container in 't Zand;
- Inform the City Council of the investment appropriation through the 2022 1st Administrative Report.
