8. Underground containers 't Zand / Paul van Liempd
In recent years, there have been regular reports about the underground containers in 't Zand. Research by Blink shows that the containers become prone to malfunction when bags larger than 60 liters are deposited. The total capacity of the system also appears to be at its limit, which immediately causes pressure when malfunctions occur. The municipality wants to reduce the number of reports by informing residents about how waste should be presented, narrowing the system for oversized bags, and installing an additional underground container.
College Decision:
- to make an investment loan of €12,000 available for the construction of an additional underground container in 't Zand;
- inform the municipal council about the investment credit via the first management report of 2022.
9. Performance agreements 2022-2025 Housing association 'thuis en Woonbedrijf / Jos de Bruin

And that these can be signed by all parties involved.
College Decision:
- to agree to the 2022-2025 public housing performance agreements with Woonstichting ‘thuis (including the ‘thuis Tenants' Council);
- to agree to the 2022-2025 public housing performance agreements with the Woonbedrijf foundation ( including the Woonbedrijf Tenants' Representation Foundation);
- inform the council in accordance with the RIB text.
The mayor decides to authorize the portfolio holder for housing (Alderman Bruin, deputy for Alderman ) to sign the "Performance Agreements 2022-2025."
