1. Internal (non-public) list of decisions and public list of decisions dated January 31, 2023 - Hans Gaillard

The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Mandate Register Dommelvallei Service 2023 - Hans Gaillard

The Dommelvallei Service performs tasks on behalf of the municipality in the areas of finance, internal control, personnel and organization, computerization and automation, service provision, and social affairs. In order to perform these tasks, the director, department heads, and employees of the Dommelvallei Service are granted a mandate. The mandate register established by decision of April 7, 2020, is due for an update.

College Decision:

  1. to grant the director of the Dommelvallei Service the mandates, powers of attorney, and authorizations as specified in the Dommelvallei Service Mandate Register 2023, with the authority to grant sub-mandates;
  2. to establish the mandate register for the Dommelvallei Service 2023;
  3. to revoke the mandate register established by decision of April 7, 2020.

3. Council proposal to adopt amended zoning plan for rural area, Brouwerskampweg 21 - Jelle de Jong

The procedure, with the aim of having the municipal council adopt the zoning plan "Buitengebied, Brouwerskampweg 21," has been completed. Due to the opinions submitted, the zoning plan must be amended before it can be adopted.

The council agrees:

  • with the draft council proposal and decision to amend the "zoning plan for the rural area, Brouwerskampweg 21";
  • with the opinion memorandum Draft Zoning Plan "Rural Area, Brouwerskampweg 21."

4. Participation in the Nederland Boven Water Cooperative - Jelle de Jong

The council has indicated that it would like to participate in the public cooperative NLBW (Nederland Boven Water, or Netherlands Above Water). The knowledge and expertise developed within NLBW, as well as the utilization of the network of the national government, provinces, and municipalities, are aimed at increasing the chances of success for area-specific developments. We want to use this in programs such as Sonniuswijk and Centrum. The proposal confirms this and guarantees the financial settlement.

The council decides, in deviation from its procurement policy, to participate in the public cooperative Nederland Boven Water (
) for three years.

5. Note on accommodation cmd. 23-1-2023 - Jan Boersma

Over the past few months, the accommodation and working conditions of the employees at the Dommelhuis have been investigated. The memorandum lists the identified bottlenecks and recommendations for improvement. As indicated in the memorandum, a number of recommendations still need to be further elaborated. The council will be advised on this at a later date.

Pending a further proposal for physical measures to be taken, the council decides to take note of the memorandum.
