1. Internal (not public) decision list and public decision list dated January 31, 2023 - Hans Gaillard
The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Mandate register Dommelvallei Service 2023 - Hans Gaillard
Dienst Dommelvallei performs tasks on behalf of the municipality in the areas of finance, internal control, personnel and organization, computerization and automation, service provision and social affairs. In order to perform these tasks, the director, department heads and employees of the Dommelvallei Service are granted a mandate. The mandate register established by resolution of April 7, 2020 is in need of updating.
College Decision:
- To grant to the Director of the Dommelvallei Service the mandates, powers of attorney and authorizations as indicated in the Dommelvallei Service Mandate Register 2023, with the authority to grant submandates;
- To adopt the mandate register Dienst Dommelvallei 2023;
- To revoke the Register of Mandates established by decision of April 7, 2020.
3. Council proposal to adopt amended zoning plan Buitengebied, Brouwerskampweg 21 - Jelle de Jong
The procedure, with the goal of adoption by the City Council of the zoning plan "Buitengebied, Brouwerskampweg 21", has been completed. Due to views expressed, the zoning plan must be adopted as amended.
The college agrees:
- With the draft council proposal and decision to adopt, as amended, the "Buitengebied zoning plan, Brouwerskampweg 21";
- With the views memo Draft zoning plan "Buitengebied, Brouwerskampweg 21".
4. Participation in Cooperative Netherlands Above Water - Jelle de Jong
The college has indicated its desire to participate in the public cooperative NLBW (Nederland Boven Water). Knowledge and expertise developed within NLBW as well as the utilization of the network of the state, provinces and municipalities are aimed at increasing the chances of success of area-oriented developments. We want to deploy this in the programs Sonniuswijk and Centrum, among others. The proposal confirms this and secures the financial settlement.
The college decides, in deviation from its purchasing policy, to participate for three years in the
public cooperative Nederland Boven Water.
5. Memorandum housing CMD 23-1-2023 - Jan Boersma
In recent months, the housing and working conditions of CMD staff in the Dommel House have been examined. In the memorandum the identified bottlenecks and recommendations for improvement. As indicated in the memorandum, a number of recommendations still need to be worked out in more detail. The college will be advised on this at a later date.
The college decides to take note of the memorandum pending a further proposal for taking physical measures.
