The number of Cyber incidents is increasing in the world and in the Netherlands. Currently, we do not have a Cyber Incident Response organization in case a Cyber incident occurs with medium, high or critical priority. In March 2021 we also faced such a Cyber incident, the evaluation of which showed that a Cyber Incident Management organization needs to be described, lived through and trained.
The college approves the Cyber Incident management policy with associated organization.

In the coming months, choices are to be made by the city council in relation to -and in the context of- the Omgevingswet and the environment plan. To properly prepare the city council for this, the council will be informed in more detail about these choices to be made during the informative meeting. The December 16, 2021 informational meeting includes, on the one hand, sharing further background information (in addition to what the council has already received about the Omgevingswet) about the meaning of the Omgevingswet. On the other hand, it gives a picture of those activities we will do with the city council in order to arrive at some necessary decisions before July 1, 2022. The council is not yet being asked to make choices.
The college decides to invite council members to an informational meeting on December 16, 2021, to discuss the aspects of the Omgevingswet on which the council will have to make decisions in 2022, in accordance with the submitted informational document and accompanying appendices.
7. LED screen Optisigns / Jan Boersma
The current agreement between the municipality of Son en Breugel and Optisigns B.V. for operation of a LED-screen at Ekkersrijt will be terminated by operation of law on 31-12-2021. The planned tender for an advertising mast and LED screens at Ekkersrijt has been postponed due to the covid19 crisis and is expected to be executed in mid-2022. 9. Temporary subsidy scheme supporting compliance on corona tickets / Jos de Bruin
Since Sept. 22, several venues have been subject to the rule that only members of the public may be admitted with a valid coronation ticket (CTB) and a valid identity document. For a number of organizations and entrepreneurs, this means that the CTB and identity document must be checked prior to admission to the location. From the national government, it has been decided to provide a specific grant through the Safety Regions to support compliance with the corona access proof verification requirement at locations where it is required. This subsidy scheme provides for the distribution of this benefit in the municipality of Son en Breugel.
The college decides to adopt the Temporary subsidy regulation support compliance control of corona access tickets municipality of Son and Breugel 2021.
