1. Adoption of public and non-public decision list Municipality of Son and Breugel dated September 29, 2020 / Hans Gaillard
The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Committee agendas and lists of commitments for October 2020 / Hans Gaillard
The college discusses the agendas and lists of commitments for the October 2020 committee meetings.
3. Decision on objection rejecting request for enforcement / Hans Gaillard
On May 26, 2020, the college decides to deny the request for enforcement. On July 7, 2020, the college receives an objection from the objector to the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared inadmissible.
The College decides:
1. declare the objection inadmissible;
2. to refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.
4. Council questions D66 National Growth Fund / Jan Boersma
Questions have been raised by the D66 Group regarding the recently established National Growth Fund. Through this opinion, the draft response is submitted to your college.
The college decides to agree with the answers to the questions.
5. Annual report Compulsory Education Son and Breugel / Jos de Bruin
An annual report is prepared by the region on the implementation of the Compulsory Education Act and early school leavers. The municipal council is usually informed about the situation in Son en Breugel through the annual accounts. However, the information from the region was available too late for this. The municipal council is now informed about the 2018-2019 school year via a paragraph in the council information letter.
The College decides:
1. to take note of the annual report compulsory education/RMC 2018-2019 of Son en Breugel;
2. to inform the municipal council by including the text from the annual report and the appendix in the next Council Information Letter.
6. Appointment 2nd deputy secretary / Hans Gaillard
The departure of Ms. Rachel Brouwer created a vacancy in the Steering and Coaching leadership team. This team is also responsible for replacing the town clerk through the appointment of deputy secretaries. Ms. Rachel Brouwer fulfilled the task of 2nd deputy secretary. Ms. Sylvia de Jong was previously designated 1st deputy secretary. Pending the final filling of the executive position with the focus areas of finance and control, Ms. Godelieve Bom-Van Leeuwen temporarily filled this position as of October 1. She is employed by Dienst Dommelvallei in the position of senior team control.
The College decides to appoint Ms. Godelieve Bom Van Leeuwen as 2nd Deputy Secretary effective October 7, 2020.
7. Waste collection 2021 et seq. / Paul van Liempd
On September 24, 2020, the Territory Affairs Committee was briefed on waste collection developments and strategic (re)considerations. Due to insufficient time for consideration, the topic will be continued in the Land Area Committee on October 12. The college will inform the Territory Affairs Committee in advance of the latest state of affairs and answer the questions of Village Interest.
The college decides:
1. to inform the Territory Affairs Committee of the developments regarding waste collection in 2021 et seq. via the committee proposal waste collection 2021 et seq.
2. to approve the answer to the council questions of the group Dorpsbelang.
8. Adjustment of start date of subsidy scheme for energy saving measures / Paul van Liempd
On June 11, 2020, the City Council approved the RRE approach and a budget was made available for it. Due to the corona measures, the planned grant scheme has been postponed. Therefore, the subsidy scheme must be adjusted with the correct start date and will actually start October 28, 2020. All resident-owners of owner-occupied houses and apartments have until March 31, 2021 to be reimbursed up to €70 for (small-scale) energy-saving measures.
The college decides to adopt the amended subsidy scheme for energy-saving measures.
