3 Request in principle Wolfswinkel 6
On October 20, 2022, a request in principle was submitted for the conversion to civilian housing and the development of one additional space-for-room (RvR) dwelling at Wolfswinkel 6. The request in principle also includes the realization of a Bed & Breakfast (B&B), a home for informal care and the preservation of (part of) former farm buildings for the purpose of hobby horse keeping. The request with the various initiatives/wishes has been dealt with at the environment table. It is recommended to indicate to the initiator to further elaborate the initiative, taking into account the set preconditions and starting points.
The college decides
- To grant cooperation in principle and under set Requirements to the proposal for conversion to civilian dwelling, development of a space-for-space dwelling, the realization of a B&B and the realization of a home for informal care;
- Agree to the preconditions and principles;
- To request the promoter, taking into account the preconditions and assumptions, to elaborate the plan in more detail and to carry out the necessary studies, so that it becomes clear whether the plan is definitively proposable.
4 Failure to publicize subsidy scheme UV-C equipment schools and day care centers
On Oct. 31, 2023, the council adopted the UV-C equipment grant program for schools and child care facilities. The council is authorized to set a subsidy ceiling.
Considering that the state compensation corona crisis reserve should remain available for (un)foreseen expenses, the council decided to set the subsidy ceiling at zero euros. There can be no implementation of the subsidy scheme. By not announcing the subsidy scheme, the subsidy scheme will not take effect.
The college decides not to publicize the subsidy scheme UV-C equipment schools and child care, so the subsidy scheme will not take effect.
5 Appointment of chairman and four members Appeals Committee
The term of office of the chairman and members of the Objections Committee expires on March 29, 2024. It is proposed that the council reappoint the current chairman and members for a four-year term and appoint an additional member for also a four-year term.
The college decides to submit the council proposal "Appointment of chairman and four members of the Objections Committee" to the City Council.
6 Administrative planning (council Feb 22)
The administrative schedule provides an overview of topics to be included in the program of a Political Evening or the agenda of a council meeting at any given time in an advisory, informative, opinion-forming, judgmental or decision-making capacity. It is a dynamic document that is periodically updated. Administrative planning is discussed 3 times a year in a public council meeting: in February, June and October/November. The next public discussion will take place on Feb. 22. The attached administrative schedule is the result of an update session conducted in the 2nd half of January. It is herewith up to the contact persons to seek coordination with the portfolio holders. The planning is at the quarterly level and the topics are arranged by budget program. The Administrative Planning is now before the college for notification. Thereafter, the planning will be added to the meeting documents for the February 22 council meeting.
The college decides
- To take note of the updated administrative schedule.
- forward the administrative planning to the City Council for discussion.
