1. Internal (not public) decision list and public decision list dated Nov. 29, 2022 - Hans Gaillard

The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Information plan 2023-2024 Dommelvallei and council theme night - Hans Gaillard

On December 14 is the annual joint I&A theme evening for the councils of the three Dommelvallei municipalities. In preparation for this evening, we are sending your council the new 2023-2024 Dommelvallei Information Plan. The Information Plan describes the intended activities for the coming years in the area of digitization and I&A at the four Dommelvallei organizations.

College Decision:

  1. To accept for notification: the proposed 2023-2024 Dommelvallei Information Plan.
  2. Forward the information plan through Municipal Clerk’s Office to council members in preparation for the theme night on Dec. 14.

3. Land price letter 2023 - Jan Boersma

On December 17, 2020, the City Council, in adopting the Land Policy Memorandum 2021-2024, instructed the College of Mayor and Aldermen to update land price letter annually.

College Decision:

  1. Adopt the land price letter for 2023 as per the annex;
  2. for site where fixed land prices do not apply, place more emphasis on independent valuations through residual calculations.

4. Decision on objection traffic decision Bremlaan - Steven Grevink

On July 4, 2022, the college decides to designate two parking spaces for charging electric vehicles in Brem Avenue near house number 2. On August 11, 2022, the college receives a notice of objection from the objector to the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.

College Decision:

  1. Declare the objection unfounded;
  2. uphold the contested decision;
  3. Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.

5. Program Political Evening December 8, 2022 - Hans Gaillard

The college discusses the program format for the December 8, 2022 Political Evening.


6. Amended council proposal to adopt amended zoning plan Breugel, Akkerpad - Jelle de Jong

The council proposal to adopt the zoning plan "Breugel, Akkerpad" as amended was discussed in the judgment-forming council meeting of June 30. It emerged from this meeting that a discussion should be held with the family about adequate access from their plot adjacent to one of the building plots to the public road (Akkerpad). This conversation has been held and an acceptable way out is possible. The amended documents with council proposal can again be presented to the judgmental council meeting on December 22, 2022.

The College:

  1. Approves the amended draft council proposal and decision to adopt the zoning plan "Breugel, Akkerpad" as amended;
  2. Approves the amended Notice of Views Draft Zoning Plan "Breugel, Akkerpad".

7. Fee Ordinance 2023 including fee table and ROEB list - Jan Boersma

The council proposal on the tax ordinances 2023, discussed on November 10, 2022, was missing the dues ordinance. Through this proposal, we still offer the 2023 dues ordinance with the accompanying 2023 fee table and ROEB list.

College Decision:

  1. To approve the attached council proposal to adopt the 2023 dues ordinance including fee table;
  2. establishing the 2023 ROEB list.

8. Decision on objection traffic decision Honeybee - Steven Grevink

On July 4, 2022, the college decides to designate two parking spaces for electric vehicle charging in Honey Bee near house number 74. On August 14, 2022, the college receives a notice of objection from the objector to the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.

College Decision:

  1. Declare the objection unfounded;

  3. Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.
