1. Internal (non-public) list of decisions and public list of decisions dated November 29, 2022 - Hans Gaillard

The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Information plan 2023-2024 Dommel Valley and council theme evening - Hans Gaillard

On December 14, the annual joint I&A theme evening for the municipal councils of the three Dommel Valley municipalities will take place. In preparation for this evening, we are sending your council the new Dommel Valley Information Plan 2023-2024. The Information Plan describes the planned activities for the coming years in the field of digitization and I&A at the four Dommel Valley organizations.

College Decision:

  1. For your information: the proposed Information Plan 2023-2024 for the Dommel Valley.
  2. Forward the information plan via Municipal Clerk’s Office the council members in preparation for the theme evening on December 14.

3. Land Price Letter 2023 - Jan Boersma

On December 17, 2020, when adopting the Land Policy Memorandum 2021-2024, the municipal council instructed the Mayor and Aldermen to update the land price letter annually.

College Decision:

  1. to adopt the land price letter for 2023 in accordance with the appendix;
  2. For locations where fixed land prices do not apply, place greater emphasis on independent valuations using residual calculations.

4. Decision on objection to traffic decision Bremlaan - Steven Grevink

On July 4, 2022, the council decides to designate two parking spaces for charging electric vehicles on Bremlaan near house number 2. On August 11, 2022, the council receives an objection from the objector against the above decision. The appeals committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.

College Decision:

  1. Declare the objection unfounded;
  2. uphold the contested decision;
  3. Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.

5. Political Evening Program December 8, 2022 - Hans Gaillard

The council discusses the program schedule for the Political Evening on December 8, 2022.


6. Amended council proposal to adopt the amended zoning plan for Breugel, Akkerpad - Jelle de Jong

The amended council proposal for the zoning plan "Breugel, Akkerpad" was discussed at the decision-making council meeting on June 30. It was concluded that a meeting should be held with the family to discuss adequate access to their plot, which borders one of the building plots on the public road (Akkerpad). This discussion has taken place and an acceptable solution has been found. The amended documents with the council proposal can be resubmitted to the decision-making council meeting on December 22, 2022.

The College:

  1. approves the amended draft council proposal and decision to amend the zoning plan "Breugel, Akkerpad";
  2. approves the amended Opinion Memorandum on the Draft Zoning Plan "Breugel, Akkerpad."

7. Fee Regulation 2023 including fee schedule and ROEB list - Jan Boersma

The council proposal on the 2023 tax regulations, which was discussed on November 10, 2022, did not include the fees regulation. With this proposal, we are now presenting the 2023 fees regulation with the accompanying rate table and ROEB list for 2023.

College Decision:

  1. to approve the attached council proposal to adopt the 2023 fees regulation, including the schedule of fees;
  2. Establishing the ROEB list for 2023.

8. Decision on objection to traffic decision Honingbij - Steven Grevink

On July 4, 2022, the council decides to designate two parking spaces for charging electric vehicles in the Honingbij neighborhood near house number 74. On August 14, 2022, the council receives an objection from the objector against the above decision. The appeals committee recommends that the objection be declared unfounded and that the contested decision be upheld.

College Decision:

  1. Declare the objection unfounded;
  2. uphold the contested decision;
  3. Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.
