The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Appointment deputy secretary appeals committee and deputy complaints coordinator / Hans Gaillard

On March 1, 2021, Ms. Suzanne Glaudemans started as legal policy officer at the municipality of Son en Breugel. In this position, she will need to be able to act as deputy secretary of the Objections Committee and as deputy complaints coordinator. In connection with a change of position, the appointment of Mr. Frans den Hengst as deputy secretary of the Objections Committee and as deputy complaints coordinator may be withdrawn.

College Decision:

  1. To appoint Ms. S.M.A. Glaudemans as Deputy Secretary of the Objections Committee;
  2. Revoke the appointment of Mr. mr. F. den Hengst as deputy secretary of the Objections Committee;
  3. To appoint Ms. S.M.A. Glaudemans as deputy complaints coordinator;
  4. Revoke the appointment of Mr. mr. F. den Hengst as deputy complaints coordinator.

3. Vacancy text chairman monument committee / Jan Boermsa

A vacancy has arisen on the monument committee for chairman. It is desirable that this be filled. The recruitment of this chairman is also intended to anticipate the position of chairman of the municipal advisory committee, which, after the Omgevingswet comes into force (probably in 2022), will include both historic preservation and spatial quality policy.

The college decides to open the position of chairman of the monument committee and later also of the Municipal Advisory Committee (monument care and spatial quality policy).

4. Appoint auditor from fiscal year 2021 / Jan Boersma

The contract period with the current auditor BDO Audit & Assurance BV runs through fiscal year 2020. For the audit year 2021 and beyond, the accountancy work has been put out to European tender again for the three municipalities and Service Dommelvallei. The result of this tender is a council proposal to appoint Crowe Foederer BV as auditor for the fiscal years starting in 2021.

The college accepts for notification the council proposal to appoint Crowe Foederer BV as auditor for the fiscal years beginning in 2021.

5. Mandate regulations and mandate register / Hans Gaillard

The January 2020 mandate list is no longer current and can be repealed. In its place are the Mandate Regulation and Mandate Register. Mandate refers to the authority to make decisions in the name of an administrative body. The regulations and the mandate register regulate the powers for which the college and the mayor grant mandates. If a mandate is granted for a power, this means that the employee in question may act on behalf of the college or the mayor.

The College and the Mayor decide, each to the extent of his powers:

  1. To adopt the Mandate Regulations Municipality of Son and Breugel 2021;
  2. To adopt the accompanying Register of Mandates dated April 6, 2021;
  3. To revoke the January 2020 mandate list.

6. Reject Wilhelminalaan 11 as municipal monument / Jan Boersma

For the building Wilhelminalaan 11 in Son en Breugel a reasoned description has been made by the monument committee. This shows that this building no longer has any special architectural and rarity value. The proposal is therefore not to designate the building Wilhelminalaan 11 as a municipal monument.

The college decides not to designate the Wilhelminalaan 11 property as a municipal monument.

7. Grant scheme coronasteun civil society organizations / Jos de Bruin

The corona crisis continues and more and more community organizations are also in dire straits due to ongoing costs and lack of income. On January 19, 2021, the college asked to think about criteria for support and propose them for new requests. This resulted in the grant scheme coronasteun civil society organizations. This scheme aims to support the social infrastructure (our volunteer organizations) during the corona crisis.

College Decision:

  1. To adopt the 2021 corona support grant scheme for civil society organizations;
  2. to cover the costs arising from the subsidy scheme from the funds made available by the state as corona funding or to use the specific allowance for sports for this purpose.

8. Support request Harmonie Pro Honore et Virtute / Jos de Bruin

On April 6, 2021, the Board of Mayor and Aldermen adopted the "corona support grant scheme for civil society organizations 2021. Some time ago we received a request for support from Harmonie Pro Honore et Virtute for the damages incurred during the corona crisis. In this college proposal, we deal with the request along the criteria included in the subsidy scheme.

The college decides to support Harmony Pro Honore et Virtute with an amount of € 16,175 on the basis of the "grant scheme corona support civil society organizations 2021" and to cover the cost from the available corona reserves.
