The college adopts the decision lists.

2. MRE participation in Bizob Foundation / Hans Gaillard

Since 2019, the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region (MRE) has been working with Stichting Bureau Inkoop en Aanbestedingen Zuidoost-Brabant (Bizob) on the basis of a service agreement for larger procurement processes. This agreement expires on January 1, 2022. The MRE now intends to permanently participate in Stichting Bizob as of January 1, 2022. In accordance with the provisions of Section 31a of the Common Regulations Act, the City Council will now be given the opportunity to express wishes and objections regarding the proposed decision.

College Decision:

  • To take note of the proposed decision to participate in Stichting Bizob by the MRE;
  • To present the council proposal "Participation Metropoolregio Eindhoven in Stichting Bureau Inkoop en Aanbestedingen Zuidoost-Brabant" to the city council in an opinion-forming meeting.

3. Decision Wob request / Hans Gaillard

On August 26, the college received a request under the Public Access Act (wob) from Platform Keelbos Foundation. The request is for all minutes, meeting documents, notes, mail traffic and text message traffic regarding the draft traffic decision Hoberglaan / Kanaaldijk-noord. The request has been reviewed under the Wob. Part of the information is already public. The other part of the information can be made public, with the exception of personal data and personal policy views.

College Decision:

  • To issue a decision on the Wob request from Platform Keelbos Foundation dated August 26, 2021;
  • That the Wob does not cover information that is already in the public domain;
  • disclose the documents listed in the inventory list with order numbers 2, 3, 3a, 3b, 3c, 4, 5, 5a, 5b, 6, 6a, 7, 8, 9, 9a, 10, 10a, 10b, 11 and 12, with the exception of personal data pursuant to Article 10(2)(e) of the Wob and personal policy views pursuant to Article 11(1) of the Wob.

On August 9, the college received a request under the Public Access Act (Wob) from Ons Son en Breugel. It requests internal and external communication regarding the draft traffic decree Hoberglaan / Kanaaldijk-noord. The request has been tested against the Wob. Part of the information is already public. The other part of the information can be made public, with the exception of personal data and personal policy views.

College Decision:

  • Issue a decision on the Wob request from Ons Son en Breugel dated August 9, 2021;
  • That the Wob does not cover information that is already in the public domain;

5. DB DDV agenda Oct. 12, 2021 / Hans Gaillard

The daily board of Dienst Dommelvallei includes the mayor and municipal secretary of the participating municipalities. It has been agreed between the municipalities and Dienst Dommelvallei that the agenda and related documents are discussed in advance in the collegiate meetings for information.

The college takes note of the agenda of the Daily Board of Service Dommelvallei of October 12, 2021.

6. Program Political Evening Oct. 7, 2021 / Hans Gaillard

The college takes notice of the program for the Program Political Evening on October 7.

7. Regulation on Integration 2022 / Paul van Liempd

Tuesday, Sept. 28, the college approved the presentation and draft ordinance on civic integration for the image-forming session on Thursday, Oct. 21. The ordinance was a draft because a number of deadlines could not yet be completed. The final version of the ordinance will now be delivered.

The college decides to approve the council proposal to adopt the Son and Breugel 2022 Integration Ordinance.
