Status of workshops VNG congress: Son en Breugel has submitted ideas for workshops in the afternoon part of the first congress day. The organization (VNG committee) is considering which ideas will be further elaborated in which municipalities. The VNG congress steering committee will decide.

3 Cooperative covenant on Population Care

For the professionalization of disaster response and crisis management, the municipalities participating in Veiligheidsregio Brabant-Zuidoost (VRBZO) entered into a cooperation agreement in 2011. The agreements made in this agreement were updated and laid down in a covenant in 2023. A Uniform Quality Level has also been added. It is requested that we agree to the cooperation covenant and adopt the Local Uniform Quality Level for our own municipality.

The college decides to adopt the Cooperation Covenant Bevolkingszorg Brabant-Zuidoost 2024 and the associated locally uniform quality level Bevolkingszorg for Son and Breugel.

4 Working arrangements and tariffs road towing ordinance

In 2023, the Road Towing Ordinance was updated. For the implementation of the road towing ordinance we cooperate with Logicx B.V. In order to continue the services, act faster and agree on prices, working agreements have been drawn up. These working agreements also include the rates. The rates are indexed compared to 2023 and need to be set again.

The college decides to adopt the working agreements with Logicx B.V. and the indexed rates.

5 Housing ordinance; information progress to council

The council will be informed via a RIB on the progress of a new housing ordinance for the period 2025-2028.

The college decides to adopt the text for the council information letter "Housing Regulation Progress 2025-2028" and send it to the council.

6 Rates cemetery Wolfswinkel 2025

Each year, the Cemetery Foundation asks the college for permission to set the cemetery fees for the coming year. The proposal is to agree to a rate increase of 3% by 2025. Because Respectrum Son en Breugel B.V. will take over the operation and management of the funeral center, cemetery and the new crematorium to be built, the next rate increase will be presented to your college by the B.V.

The college decides to approve the requested rate increase by 2025 for the cemetery of 3%.

7 Privacy policy and definitions and abbreviations AVG WPG

The Privacy Policy is a strategic document that provides direction on how the municipality of Son and Breugel will comply with the intent of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG), the General Data Protection Regulation Implementation Act (UAVG) and the Police Data Act (Wpg). The Privacy Policy replaces the current "Regulation on Privacy Municipality of Son and Breugel 2016," which previously, coinciding with the expiration of the Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp) and the coming into force of the AVG.

College Decision:

To adopt the Privacy Policy and related definitions and abbreviations;
Adopt the text for the council information letter and forward to the City Council.

8 Evaluation pilot small-scale residence 2024 Son en Breugel

Nationally, there is a widely shared desire and important task to transform the current (open and closed) residential facilities into more small-scale and family-oriented treatment and/or residential facilities. From April 1, 2023 to April 1, 2024, the procurement regions A 10 for Youth and Together for Youth conducted a pilot for this purpose at the youth care provider Combinatie Jeugdzorg. Based on the evaluation of the pilot, it is proposed to continue it. In addition, it is proposed not to expand the pilot with a second youth aid provider.
