The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Request in principle Soniuswijk 60 / Hans Gaillard

The proposal is to agree in principle with the request in principle/initiative proposal for the location Sonniuswijk 60. It concerns a company residence on 'Agrarisch' zoned land. In fact, the company residence (parcel number 144) was already split off from the agricultural company (parcel number 143) in the 1990s. Due to the death of the former farmer's wife and occupant of the company residence, the initiator wishes to convert the company residence to a rural residence so that it can be sold to third parties.

College Decision:

  • Agree in principle to the request in principle/initiative proposal to convert the company residence to a rural residence at Sonniuswijk 60;
  • letting the choice and cost of the procedure to be followed be for the initiator.

3. Signing mandate agreements Dommelvallei Service / Hans Gaillard

No powers were transferred when the Dommelvallei Joint Arrangement was entered into. It was agreed that powers would be transferred by means of separate mandates. Many powers have already been mandated in this way. These mandates are included in the Dienst Dommelvallei Mandate Register. In practice, the need has arisen to expand the mandate for signing agreements.

The College decides to invite the Mayor to instruct the Director of the Dommelvallei Service to sign the agreements entered into by him on behalf of the Municipality of Son and Breugel as listed in the College's Power of Attorney Decision to the Executive Board of the Dommelvallei Service dated November 20, 2018.

4. Answers to questions regarding possible housing location Breugel Noord / John Frenken
