The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Program Political Evening October 6, 2022 and list of commitments September 22, 2022 / Hans Gaillard
The college discussed the program format for the October 6, 2022 Political Evening and the list of council commitments of September 22, 2022.
3. Image-forming meeting on cooperation and tasks within MRE / Hans Gaillard
The General Board of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region (MRE) has invited all municipalities to gather input for the drafting of
the new cooperation agreement of the MRE. This will take place with us during an image-forming session. In preparation for this, a session form has been prepared.
The college decides to agree to forward the session form for an image-forming meeting on cooperation and tasks within MRE to the council.
4. Tax ordinances 2023 / Jan Boersma
Every year the council is presented with a proposal on municipal tax rates and tax ordinances.
College Decision:
- To approve the tax and fee regulations with associated fee tables;
- To submit the council proposal for tax regulations 2023 to the council for decision.
5. Explanation college on no opinion request local social mediator / Steven Grevink
On June 16, 2022, the Local Social Mediation Committee Ordinance was adopted. The ordinance was not submitted to the Social Domain Advisory Council for advice, as it was not
deemed necessary. The Advisory Council believes that advice should have been sought. At the request of the Advisory Council, the college will send an explanation to the Advisory Council
why it was not asked for advice.
The college decides to send the letter with the explanation about not submitting a request for advice to the Social Domain Advisory Council.
6. Contribution Leefbaarheidsfonds Luchthaven Eindhoven / Steven Grevink
The livability fund aims to financially support activities or projects that improve livability around Eindhoven Airport. The liveability fund will
contribute to the implementation of the recommendations from Pieter van Geel's report 'Reconnected'. Several building blocks come together in the new Liveability Fund, including health gains. This building block entails: stimulating additional research and measures to improve health in the sphere of influence of the airport. The peripheral municipalities contribute to this fund for the 'health gain' building block. For the period 2023 to 2026, the municipality of Son and Breugel will contribute
of € 6,250 per year to the Eindhoven Airport Liveability Fund.
The college decides to agree to make a contribution of € 6,250 per year to the Leefbaarheidsfonds Luchthaven Eindhoven for the period 2023 to 2026, for the purpose of
of health gain projects.
