2nd Administrative Report 2025 Dommelvallei Service.
The Dommelvallei Authority performs administrative tasks for the municipalities of Geldrop-Mierlo, Nuenen, and Son en Breugel. For the municipalities of Nuenen and Son en Breugel, the Dommelvallei Authority also performs service provision tasks. Through this 2nd Management Report 2025, the board of the Dommelvallei Authority reports on the deviations for the first 8 months of 2025. On October 22, 2025, the board approved the 2nd Management Report 2025. The costs for the upgrade of the WOZ administration by BSOB are allocated per municipality in proportion to the additional revenue and are included in the 2nd Management Report 2025 of the municipality of Son en Breugel.
The municipal executive decides to take note of the 2nd Management Report 2025 of the Dommelvallei Service.
4. Cooperation agreement OER Brainport National Highways.
The Energy Generation on Government-Owned Property (OER) program was established to support the implementation of the Regional Energy Strategies (RES) and to make progress toward achieving climate goals. This program is a collaboration between municipalities, provinces, and Rijkswaterstaat aimed at planning how we can generate renewable energy on government-owned land. The preliminary exploration phase and the exploration phase have now been completed for Son en Breugel. For the next phase, the planning phase, we are being asked to agree to the follow-up process and to sign a cooperation agreement (SOK).
The municipal executive decides
- Agree to the follow-up process, the planning phase, and enter into the Cooperation Agreement OER Brainport State Highways;
- Adopt the text on Cooperation Agreement OER Brainport State Highways and include it in the next council information letter;
- To request the Mayor to assign the signing of the SOK to Alderman Steven Grevink.
