1. Non-public and public decision list dated April 28, 2021 / Hans Gaillard
The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Views MRE budget 2022 / Hans Gaillard
Each year, the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region adopts a budget. The city councils of the participating municipalities are given the opportunity to submit an opinion on the budget if they wish. This year, the content of the budget does not call for an opinion. However, there is value in submitting a constructive opinion with which the municipality of Son en Breugel can make known its vision of the MRE. For this reason, it is proposed that the municipal council does submit an opinion on the 2022 budget.
College Decision:

b. program budget 2022 Eindhoven Metropolitan region - To propose that the City Council submit a view in accordance with the attached draft.
3. Draft budget ODZOB 2022 and multi-year estimate 2023 - 2025 / John Frenken
The Omgevingsdienst Zuidoost-Brabant (ODZOB) has sent the draft budget 2022 and the multi-year estimate 2023-2025 to the participating municipalities. The municipal councils have been requested to submit any views no later than May 20, 2021. Later submitted views cannot be processed by ODZOB. The draft budget and multi-year estimate were submitted to the college. The draft budget was already sent to the council for information on March 4. On April 14, the draft budget was discussed by the council during an image-forming, political evening. The council decided not to submit an opinion and to forward the draft budget to the regular, opinion-forming council meeting on May 20.
The college decides to submit the draft budget ODZOB 2022 and multi-year estimate 2023 - 2025, on the basis of the proposal on May 20, 2021 for a judgmental treatment, to the council.
4. Van den Elsenstraat ong (next to 54) / John Frenken
On February 16, 2012, the college approved the request in principle for the realization of one detached room for space house next to Van der Elsenstraat ong. (next to 54) in Breugel. In order to recover the costs of this plan and to ratify the principles, the anterior agreement and the request to enter into it and to bring the draft zoning plan into procedure are now before us.
College Decision:
- Enter into the antecedent agreement with promoter and publish the business content of the agreement;
- To submit the draft zoning plan "Buitengebied; Van den Elsenstraat ong for public inspection, after the agreement has been signed by all parties.
5. View GR WSD annual accounts and budget / Paul van Liempd
Every year, the joint scheme Werkvoorzieningschap de Dommel (GR WSD), makes its financial documents available to the participating municipalities. The municipal council is given the opportunity to express an opinion on the 2020 financial statements and the 2022 budget. It is proposed to take note of the financial documents of GR WSD and not to express an opinion.
The college decides to submit the council proposal ''Viewpoint procedure GR WSD 2021'', to the council for decision formation.
6. DB meeting May 11, 2021 / Hans Gaillard
The daily board of Dienst Dommelvallei includes the mayor and municipal secretary of the participating municipalities. It has been agreed between the municipalities and Dienst Dommelvallei that the agenda and related documents are discussed in advance in the collegiate meetings for information.
The college takes note of the agenda of the Daily Board of Service Dommelvallei of May 11, 2021.
7. Legal research tender Village Hall / Jan Boersma
As a result of the ongoing discussion about the procurement of the Village Hall, it was decided to commission a legal investigation by Hekkelman Advocaten N.V. The investigation has been concluded and the results are known.
College Decision:
- Take note of the opinion of Hekkelman lawyers;
- Adopt and send the letter to the City Council;
- To note and agree to the press release.
8. Grant application for extension of hours for Youth Work - 2021 / Jos de Bruin
In consultation with the municipality, LEVgroep has applied for a subsidy to expand its youth work by 24 hours per week. This extra effort should lead to picking up problems among young people faster. This will spare the CMD, enforcement and police. It also leads to greater youth well-being. Finally, time is also needed for youth work to continue to invest in short lines of communication with parties such as education, associations and Health. In addition to improving well-being, this also provides financial savings on specialized, more expensive Health .
College Decision:
- Agree to expand youth work by 24 hours per week, cost €35,000, effective September 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021;
- Use the Youth Perspective funds received by the State to cover the cost of the extension from September to December 2021;
- include the cost of the structural expansion from January 2022 in the 2022 Framework Memorandum.
