The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Political Evening July 6, 2023 - Suzanne Otters-Bruijnen
The college discusses the program format for the July 6, 2023 Political Evening.
3. General Board MRE dated July 5, 2023 - Suzanne Otters-Bruijnen
On July 5, 2023, the next meeting of the General Board of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region will take place. Through this way, the agenda and related documents are submitted to the college for notification.
The college decides to take notice of the agenda and related documents for the consultation of the General Board of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region on July 5, 2023.
4. Energy cost compensation grant scheme - Jelle de Jong
Due to rising energy costs, a subsidy scheme has been established that allows local community organizations to be compensated in the increase of high energy prices.
College Decision:
- To adopt the Subsidy Scheme for Compensation of Energy Costs of Local Social Organizations Son and Breugel 2023;
- cover the expenses of the energy cost compensation subsidy scheme from the line item wage and price development and include this in the second administrative report 2023.
5. Publication of proposed issuance of real estate - Jan Boersma
On April 25, 2023, the college adopted the policy memorandum: ''Issuing real estate following Didam judgment''. The policy memorandum indicated that individual cases would still be presented separately for decision-making. In the context of Houtens, Planetenlaan-Eind, Akkerpad and the land exchange with Prodrive, it is proposed to publish this proposed land release.
The college decides to:
- Publish the intention to issue land for redevelopment to Houtens;
- Publish the intention to issue land for redevelopment on Planeten Avenue-Eind;
- Publish the intention to issue land for redevelopment Akkerpad;
- Publish the intention to issue land for development of the EVZ near Prodrive Ekkersrijt.
6.Renewing contract processing residual waste Attero - Jan Boersma
Under the guidance of Midwaste, there has been a tender for processing residual waste. These agreements are now in the first extension (until Feb. 1, 2025) and have an option to be extended again for the period from Feb. 1, 2025 to Feb. 1, 2028. Notice of the lifting of this extension option must be given by July 31, 2023. The College decides to lift the second extension option until February 1, 2028.
The college decides to extend the contract with Attero for processing residual waste until Feb. 1, 2028.
