1. Non-public decision list and public decision list dated December 28, 2021 / Hans Gaillard
The college adopts the decision lists.
2. Decision on objection rejecting request for enforcement / Hans Gaillard
On July 6, 2021, the college decides not to consider the request for enforcement. On August 19, 2021, the college receives an objection from the objector to the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared inadmissible and that the request for reimbursement of legal costs be rejected.
College Decision:
- Declare the objection inadmissible;
- Reject the request for reimbursement of legal costs;
- Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.
3. Decision on objection partial denial of request for enforcement / Hans Gaillard
On July 6, 2021, the college decides to grant in part and deny in part the request for enforcement. On August 19, 2021, the college receives a notice of objection from the objector to the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared partly inadmissible and partly well-founded and that the contested decision be revised, with the understanding that enforcement action be taken against the construction of four shelters without the required environmental permit. The request for reimbursement of legal costs can be granted, according to the Objections Committee.
College Decision:
- Declare objector 1 inadmissible in his objection;
- Declare objector 2's objection admissible;
- Declare the objection partially well-founded;
- Amend the contested decision to the effect that enforcement action be taken against the construction of four shelters without the required environmental permit;
- Grant the request for reimbursement of procedural costs.
- Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.
4. Safe Home 2022 and Emergency Health / Paul van Liempd
The college agrees with the multi-year budget 2022 through 2024 of Safe Home Southeast Brabant. The college makes an annual amount of € 97,883 available. The college agrees to index this amount annually with the Government Contribution to Labor Cost Development (OVA) in the years 2022 through 2024. The college grants an authorization to Safe Home for the deployment of crisis assistance as of January 1, 2022 and withdraws the authorization Emergency Health to Youth Protection Brabant as of January 1, 2022.
College Decision:
- Agree to the 2022-2024 budget of Safe Home Southeast Brabant and make €97,883 available annually;
- Include the additional costs of the 2022-2024 Safe Home Southeast Brabant budget in the 1st berap 2022 and process the multi-year consequences in the 2023-2026 multi-year budget;
- Make available the budget for Crisis Assistance for Safe Home of €11,033 and include the shortfall in the 1st berap 2022;
- Agree to index annually with the Government Contribution to Labor Cost Development (OVA) for 2022 through 2024;
- To grant the "Authorization Stichting Veilig Thuis Zuidoost-Brabant" for the deployment of crisis assistance with retroactive effect as of January 1, 2022;
- To revoke the "Authorization Spoed Eisende Health (SEZ)" to Youth Protection Brabant (JBB) with retroactive effect as of January 1, 2022.
5. Mandate execution Temporary subsidy regulation control corona tickets / Jos de Bruin
On December 7, 2021, the college has adopted the Temporary subsidy regulation support compliance control of corona access tickets municipality of Son and Breugel 2021. In order to implement this, a mandate must be granted to decide on applications under this subsidy regulation.
The college decides to grant mandate to the municipal clerk to decide (grant/refuse) on applications under the Temporary Subsidy Scheme Supporting Compliance Control of Corona Access Tickets Municipality of Son and Breugel 2021, with the possibility of submandate.
6. Awarding one-time Subsidy Swimming Pool Son SPUK IJZ 1st half year 2021 / Jos de Bruin
Under the open scheme SPUK IJZ Q1 and Q2, an application was submitted to the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport. The Ministry granted the application and allocated a contribution of €72,431. Since this is a specific payment, it can only be used for the purpose for which it is intended. This means that Swimming Pool Son will be granted a one-time subsidy in the amount of the received contribution.
College Decision:
- To take note of the contribution to be received from the Scheme Specific Allowance for Ice Rinks and Swimming Pools for the 1st half of 2021;
- To make the received contribution available to the Son Swimming Pool BV in the form of a one-time grant for 2021.
7. Green vision Ekkersrijt / Jan Boersma
Parts of the public green space at Ekkersrijt are no longer satisfactory. With the recently adopted policy document Public Green Space 2021 as a framework, a vision is now being established to improve the green space at Ekkersrijt. The council has already made € 300,000 available to implement the vision. The college now agrees with the vision so that implementation can proceed.
The college decides to approve the Ekkersrijt Green Vision.
