1. Non-public decision list and public decision list b&w meeting dated July 28, 2020 / Hans Gaillard
The college adopts the decision list and the public decision list of July 28, 2020.
2. Refusal of environmental permit / John Frenken
It is proposed not to grant a permit for the restaurant change at 1/1a Canal Street. The necessary parking spaces cannot be provided as stipulated in Article 23.1.1 of the zoning plan "Built-up areas; revision 2017".
The College decides:
- To deny the application for the environmental permit to change the restaurant;
- Set the amount of the fees at €1165.
3. Local Sports Agreement / Jos de Bruin
In early 2020, the process was initiated to arrive at a Local Sports Agreement. Through interactive sessions with stakeholders (including sports and civil society organizations), the Local Sports Agreement was created. Due to the corona crisis, the final version was not finalized until June.
The college decides
- To take notice of the Local Sports Agreement;
- To submit the Local Sports Agreement to the Civic Affairs Committee for information.
