1. Non-public list of decisions and public list of decisions from the municipal executive meeting dated July 28, 2020 / Hans Gaillard
The council adopts the list of decisions and the public list of decisions of July 28, 2020.
2. Refusal of environmental permit / John Frenken
It is proposed not to grant a permit for the alteration of the restaurant at Kanaalstraat 1/1a. The required parking spaces as specified in Article 23.1.1 of the zoning plan 'Bebouwde kommen; herziening 2017' (Built-up areas; 2017 revision) cannot be provided.
The council decides:
- to reject the application for the environmental permit for the alteration of the restaurant;
- set the amount of the fees at €1,165.
3. Local Sports Agreement / Jos de Bruin
The process of establishing a Local Sports Agreement was initiated in early 2020. The Local Sports Agreement was developed through interactive sessions with relevant parties (including sports and social organizations). Due to the COVID-19 crisis, the final version was not completed until June.
The college decides
- to take note of the Local Sports Agreement;
- submit the Local Sports Agreement to the Civil Affairs Committee for information.
