1. Internal (not public) decision list and public decision list dated May 24, 2022 / Hans Gaillard

The college adopts the decision lists.

2. Adopting amendment plan Rooijseweg 61 Son / John Frenken

Rooijseweg 61 is currently still home to an intensive livestock farm. Owner wants to stop the agricultural activities and convert to living. This is possible with an amendment plan. The college has made the draft amendment plan available for inspection. No views on the plan were received during the period. It is now up to the college to adopt the amendment plan "Buitengebied; Rooijseweg 61".

College Decision:

  1. To decide, pursuant to Section 6.12 of the Spatial Planning Act, not to adopt an exploitation plan for amendment plan "Buitengebied; Rooijseweg 61";
  2. adopt the amendment plan "Buitengebied; Rooijseweg 61" with plan identifier "NL.IMRO.0848.BPWBUITENGEBIED-VA01" unchanged and make it available digitally.

3. Condensed procurement of MAP integration / Paul van Liempd

On January 1, 2022, the Integration Act 2021 took effect. As a municipality, we have the task of arranging the Labour Market and Participation Module (MAP) for those with a duty of civic integration. We propose to outsource the implementation of the MAP to Werkvloertaal B.V. We will do this jointly with the municipalities of Best, Oirschot and Nuenen.

  1. The College decides to adopt the abbreviated procurement strategy (1101018) for the MAP and award the contract to Werkvloertaal B.V.;
  2. the mayor - pursuant to Article 171 paragraph 1 of the Municipal Law - instructs Alderman Mr. P. van Liempd to sign the assignment; and
  3. the college mandates the budget holder to sign the procurement strategy.

4. Annual Report on the Child Care Act / Jos de Bruin

The municipality is responsible for supervising and enforcing the quality of child and host parent care. Annually, the municipality accounts for these duties to the Ministry (Inspectorate of Education). The GGD performs the supervision on behalf of the municipality. No surveys were conducted by the supervisor in 2021, due to the corona measures imposed, which were also in effect in 2021. The Inspectorate has
indicated to take this into account and understand when assessing the annual accounts.

College Decision:

  1. Adopt the 2021 Child Care Annual Report and authorize its submission to the Education Inspectorate;
  2. Submit the 2021 Child Care Annual Report to the City Council for information by including it in the next council information letter.

5. Program Political Evening June 2 and list of commitments council May 19 / Hans Gaillard

The college discusses the documents scheduled for the June 2 political evening.

6. GOO report on reception of Ukrainians incl. response Project leader / Hans Gaillard

As a result of the war in Ukraine, the municipality has been given the task of accommodating a number of refugees. The municipality of Son en Breugel has chosen to convert the school building de Vijverberg into 19 rooms for 4 to 6 persons (1 family per room is the starting point). The housing must meet several requirements such as fire safety and some advice/recommendations. Based on this last category
an "infection prevention expert" visited the site and presented her advice and tips in the attached report. Apart from the advice and tips mentioned, the report gives a positive picture of our efforts. In the response, also enclosed as an appendix, we explain the advice and tips for each point (if necessary). Some advice and tips we adopt immediately, others we adapt if practice gives
Finally, many of the given tips/advice will belong to the daily routine and will be taken care of by the management/coordinator. If there are any questions, we will gladly answer them.

The college decides to take note of the report and response.

7. Decision on objection to granted environmental permit to change internal construction building Heistraat 6 / John Frenken

On February 21, 2022, the college decides to grant an environmental permit for changing the internal construction of the building Heistraat 6 in Son en Breugel. On April 4, 2022, the college receives a notice of objection from the objector against the above decision. The Objections Committee recommends that the objection be declared inadmissible.

College Decision:

  1. Declare the objection inadmissible;
  2. Refer to the opinion of the Objections Committee for the reasons for the decision.
