The college adopts the decision lists.
2. SGE Administrative Platform dated June 2, 2023 / Suzanne Otters-Bruijnen
The Administrative Platform of the Eindhoven Urban Area (SGE) is scheduled for June 2, 2023. The agenda and underlying documents are submitted to the college for notification.
The College:
1. takes note of the agenda and underlying documents for the Administrative Platform of the Urban Area Eindhoven dated June 2, 2023;
2. agrees with the various decision points from this agenda.
3. Draft zoning plan H. Veenemanstraat 27a / Jelle de Jong
Your college has agreed to the request in principle to change the zoning on the plot at Hendrik Veenemanstraat 27A to allow residential development. This under a number of Requirements. The initiator has worked out the request into a new zoning plan in which the Requirements have been incorporated. It is now up to your college to release the plan for the procedure and enter into the agreement.
The college decides to:
1. enter into the anterior agreement with initiator and publish the business content of the agreement;
2. to make the draft zoning plan "Son Midden; Hendrik Veenemanstraat 27A" with plan IDN NL.IMRO.0848.BP305SONMIDDEN-ON01 available for inspection for a period of six weeks for views, after the agreement has been signed by all parties;
3. to publish these decisions in the Staatscourant and the Mooisonenbreugelkrant.
4. Waste collection cost savings 2024 / Jan Boersma
The council agenda and the council's administrative agreement agreed to discuss the service level and collection frequency of waste collection. On April 20, 2023, the council was able to learn about the current state of affairs through an advisory council session and memorandum. The college submitted 3 possible cost-saving measures through the service level to the city council.
The college decides to:
1. agree to the council proposal and thereby present the city council with a number of cost-saving measures in waste collection: a. Adjust the collection of PMD to 12 months 1x per 2 weeks; b. Adjust the collection of VGF to 12 months 1x per 2 weeks; c. Abolish Happy Hour at the environmental street.
