The college adopts the decision lists.

2. SGE Administrative Platform dated June 2, 2023 / Suzanne Otters-Bruijnen

The Administrative Platform of the Eindhoven Urban Area (SGE) is scheduled for June 2, 2023. The agenda and supporting documents will be submitted to the municipal executive for information.

The council:
1. takes note of the agenda and supporting documents for the Eindhoven Urban Area Administrative Platform dated June 2, 2023;
2. agrees with the various decision points in this agenda.

3. Draft zoning plan for H. Veenemanstraat 27a / Jelle de Jong

Your council has agreed to the request in principle to change the zoning of the plot at Hendrik Veenemanstraat 27A to allow for residential construction. This is subject to a number Requirements. The initiator has developed the request into a new zoning plan, which Requirements the Requirements . It is now up to your council to approve the plan for the procedure and to enter into the agreement.

The council decides to:
1. enter into the preliminary agreement with the initiator and publish the substantive content of the agreement;
2. to make the draft zoning plan "Son Midden; Hendrik Veenemanstraat 27A" with plan IDN NL.IMRO.0848.BP305SONMIDDEN-ON01 available for inspection for a period of six weeks for comments, after the agreement has been signed by all parties;
3. to publish these decisions in the Government Gazette and the Mooisonenbreugelkrant newspaper.

4. Cost savings in waste collection 2024 / Jan Boersma

The council agenda and the council's administrative agreement stipulate that the service level and collection frequency of waste collection must be discussed. On April 20, 2023, the council was able to take note of the current state of affairs by means of an advisory council session and memorandum. The municipal executive is presenting three possible cost-saving measures via the service level to the municipal council.

The council decides to:
1. approve the council proposal and thereby submit a number of cost-saving measures in waste collection to the municipal council: a. Adjust the collection of PMD to once every two weeks for 12 months; b. Adjust the collection of organic waste to once every two weeks for 12 months; c. Abolishing Happy Hour at the recycling center.
