1. Urban Area Eindhoven: portfolio holders' meeting Economy April 1, 2021 / Jan Boersma

On April 1, 2021, the next portfolio holder consultation Economy of the Urban Area Eindhoven will take place. Through this advice, the agenda and underlying documents are submitted to the college for notification.

The college decides to take notice of the agenda and underlying documents for the portfolio holder consultation Economy of the Urban Area Eindhoven dated April 1, 2021.

2. Council information letter status of heat transition vision / Paul van Liempd

By Jan. 1, 2022, each city council must adopt a Transition Vision for Heat.
The Transition Vision for Heat gives direction to the phasing out of natural gas to a sustainable alternative with an end point of 2050. Together with housing corporations, residents, network operators, property owners, other stakeholders and co-governments, we are drawing up the vision. The memorandum of principles concludes the exploration. The Memorandum of Principles provides a framework for the follow-up process until it is established. We will inform the City Council and take them through the steps still to be taken in 2021.

The college decides to inform the city council of the status of the Heat Transition Vision process through the council information letter.

3. Management agreement Forest Group South / Paul van Liempd 

The final step in the process of arriving at a new manager for the forest and natural areas is to enter into a management agreement with Bosgroep Zuid. With the adoption of the management plan, this has become possible.

College Decision:

  1. Agree to the procurement strategy;
  2. Agree to the Management Agreement.

4. Committees April 2021 / Hans Gaillard

The college discusses the agendas and lists of commitments of the April 2021 committee meetings
Note: the regular meetings of the Land Affairs and Civil Affairs Committees will not take place, but there will be a joint meeting of the Land Affairs and Civil Affairs Committees. There, the List of Commitments of the Territory and Civil Affairs Committees will also be adopted.

5. Natural Stone Ties Center / Jan Boersma

The question stems from the discussion about falls in the center, regarding the natural stone curbs. A memorandum "Natural stone curbs in the center of Son en Breugel" has been prepared.

College Decision:

  1. Agrees with the contents of this memorandum;
  2. Decides to bring these into the BOB process for an image-forming council meeting.

6. Continuation of solar panel project The Green Zone / Paul van Liempd

The current term of the regional solar panel project The Green Zone (DGZ) runs until
April 1, 2021. In the board meeting of February 25, 2021, the intention was expressed to continue. 190 homes in our municipality are now equipped with solar panels that save about 465 tons of CO2 on an annual basis. There is still sufficient budget available to provide loans. By extending the project until April 1, 2022, more residents can take advantage of an attractive and low-threshold loan to install solar panels on their homes.

College Decision:

  1. Agree to the continuation of the solar panel project;
  2. Green Zone until April 1, 2022 through an addendum to the service provider agreement;
  3. Establish a new time period as referred to in Art. 4 of the Ordinance Solar Panel Project Municipality of Son en Breugel 2017 from April 1, 2021 to April 1, 2022.
