Implementation of the Khonraad Temporary Restraining Order Act

Imposing a temporary restraining order is a far-reaching administrative measure that requires careful, timely, and uniform implementation. Implementing this measure places high demands on cooperation, information sharing, and record-keeping between the municipality, the police, and Veilig Thuis. The “temporary restraining order” IT module from Khonraad supports a clear and secure workflow. This ensures timely and careful decision-making through collaboration among the parties involved.

College Decision:

1. Purchase and implement the temporary restraining order module from Khonraad to comply with the Temporary Restraining Order Act
2. Cover the costs from the Security Policy budget.

The council decides to approve centralized vote counting (CSO)
